This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

s 435 Best grill I have owned. Heats evenly and gets hot fast, Used the rotisserie the grill kept the temp nice and even.

This new grill is certainly an upgrade to my 22 year old Weber. Construction is beefy (pun intended). It looks beatiful in Stainless Steel. And it cooks so much better than my old "dumb" grille. The smart grille technology works perfectly. We are very happy with this purchase. I know it will last a very long time.

Very even heat across the entire grill area. Excellent results when using the rotisserie option (bought as an add on). The side burner boils a large pot of water sufficiently. Love using natural gas as opposed to propane.

The grill is excellent. Assembly instructions were flawed as found on the web-based application. Furthermore, I needed customer service about 16 months post assembly and found the email-based experience quite poor -- inept direction, poor understanding of the matter at hand as well of written English. An incredibly frustrating experience. Still the function of the grill stands alone as a nice appliance.

I get that things can break, but literally after two uses I have a broken grill. Customer service was fine to work with - they quickly determined that it was the "LP manifold assembly." After telling me it would take up to 10 business days to get the part sent to me, and then it would take at least an hour to take grill apart and reassemble - I was mad. We ended up having a repair company fix it --- I mean, it's freaking June, the height of grilling season. To tell me I need to wait 10 business days for a part on a BRAND NEW grill is unacceptable.

I'm a little disappointed with the following 2 items. First the griddle doesn't come in any size other than the full space of the grill. Why don't they provide a half size. It would be so much easier to put in and out. And, allows you to grill and griddle at the same time. Second, the grill doesn't seem to cook effectively on the side away from the burner. We have to cook chicken, as an example and extra 10 to 15 min to get the crispy skin and cooked all the way through. Steaks are too coked through and through even though we seer them first. They actual cook better on the griddle

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
