Weber GENESIS S-435 Propane Grill w/ Cover, Griddle & Sear Grate

Awesome grill, gets hot fast and has great ability to have different temps in different areas

One of the best Weber's I've owned. Huge grill space and love the available accessories for it.

This grill is outstanding in every way. Design. Manufacturing. Packaging. I wanted a griddle more than a grill so I added Weber's full size cast iron griddle to it and it's amazing. If I have to cook on a grill I can switch it up but committing to the griddle has presented huge benefits. I'm more engaged in the cook because it's a more controlled cook, have more food options, healthier because there is no flame and it's a cleaner cook meaning less maintenance. I could go on but I think you get the idea. I do believe this grill/griddle is superior to the other griddles on the market.

Site stated 3-5 delivery. Stated shipped the next day but delivered 18 after purchase. Called 4 times for a status update. When I would call, then magically the next day the status would update. Missed being able to use it at the event I bought it for. Trucking company they use set a delivery date and time between 7am-7pm for the Friday where I needed it the next day. Was not delivered till Monday. Customer service would just say "sorry we don't know where or what is up with your grill…did you get your drip pans?" Yes, got the pans for a grill I haven't received….Thanks for nothing customer service.

Happy with the product, hope it lasts as long as our last weber almost 30 years

Grill cooks great but smart features aren't well thought out or worth the extra cost. There is no temperature gauge in lid so you have to use the smart thermometer which is a bit of pain in itself. Either have to plug in the grill (who wants to leave an extension cord plugged in outside) or buy your own battery charger. I bought a waterproof iPhone / camping charger to use but the Weber smart thermometer connection doesn't recognize the power source after I leave it off for a while so I have to get under the grill to unplug and telling it back in. A smart grill at this price should come with a removable LiOn battery (which forms have the unplug issue) and the Weber app (which is pretty good) should be able to tell me the charge level so I know when to recharge. Lastly, the cooking light went out so the in my first month of using it. I wish I had stayed with the high end Weber dumb grill then buy this.

I have only used the grill once so far but everything worked perfect. I wanted to give a big shout out to the customer service I received. I accidentally ordered the natural gas one when I needed the propane one unboxed everything and then realized it was the wrong one no questions asked I sent it back and got the correct one then I had a crack in the hood no questions asked they sent me a new hood. Eccelent customer service I'll make sure I tell all my friends. I'll be back

All new features are outstanding! Grilling area is perfect with extra grill surface above for veggies, buns, etc. Customer service continues to be wonderful. My old Weber grill was 40 yrs old.

We love the grill. After a few years we had some minor problems and the customer service we received was outstanding.

I love the grill. I've been a Weber grill owner for over 50 yrs. What I really like is their customer service. They stand behind their products and always have. My only concern about this grill is the stainless steel rating. Why are magnets sticking to the stainless steel decking on the grill? They never did that before. I usually get 10 years out of a grill, but my last only lasted 5 before it rusted through. I was hoping that this one would last a little longer?
