This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

The grilling part of this product is great. I'm underwhelmed because I was led to believe I could manage the grill on the app from anywhere. Unfortunately what I have learned is you can only manage while on the same wifi at home. Other manufactures aka. competitors do have this function. Hopefully it is something the Weber team can resolve.

Amazing grill! Picked this over a competitor brand because of the weber crafted accessories. Also got the griddle and its awesome! New castors are strong. Folding warming rack is great! One of my favorite things about a Weber is the way it holds true to desired temp u want.

We love our Weber. We replaced our prior 19 year old Weber with this larger and improved model. The company we purchased it from missed a few vital steps in the assembly process and we were very satisfied with the phone support we received.

This grill works beautifully. Very flexible in terms of available cooking styles and temperatures. Mine is natural gas, which allows me very long cooking cycles when needed. I would recommend this to anyone.

The grill itself is excellent. It heats up extremely fast and cooks very evenly due to the design. I am able to cook meat faster than with previous grills. Also, I think the design features are very user-friendly and the materials themselves seem To be of high-quality. The problem that I had occurred when I got the Grill home and attempted to get it started. The ignition switch would not work. I started checking things such as the battery and even placing new batteries in and discussing this problem with Customer Service they decided to send me a new ignition module, I had noticed initially that there was one white wire not connected to anything. After I had put in the new ignition, the unit still did not function. My second call Customer Service resulted in them indicating that there should be two white wires onto the ignition switch, and there was only one this was due to failure to connect properly at the factory , secondly I was told to check for the ground wire. If loose again, the ignition switch would not function. I had to dismantle the front of the grill to be able to get at the ground wire. It was totally loose. I am told that both of these were due to poor assembly at the factory. Once I corrected these two issues, the unit functioned excellently.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
