Weber GENESIS S-435 Propane Grill w/ Cover, Griddle & Sear Grate

I assembled the grill over two afternoons. The parts package was short three screws so I got matching screws at my local hardware store. Had a little trouble plugging in the electronic connections but got it right, eventually. The grill is great! The Searing grate has produced wonderful steaks and hamburgers so far. The ability to set a target temperature and get an alert on my phone while I am back in the house is very handy - no more hovering over the grill outside.

Very disappointed, I noticed the actual grill box was damaged. It looked like it had warped. I brought pictures into the store we purchased it from and was told they had never seen anything like it. I have had Weber Grills for years and customer service told us we had a high heat event. The grill would have had to have been on Fire for an extended period of time to warp the Cast Iron. In order to get the drip pan out I had to bend it because the fire box was warped. I also had to bend in the back panel. The display also was not working. With all of the problems and money we spent I would have figured we would get a replacement. The grill was just a year old. After some back and fourth we were told that Weber would replace the box and the display and drip pan. We now have to take the grill apart and put it back together. We are very disappointed. It would have been great to get a credit for the grill and then purchase another weber. I even was willing to purchase a lower model and return the one that was defective.

I have no regret as I bbq 3-4 times a week and it's easy to clean and work's great

Very satisfied with our grill. we grill 2 to 3 times a week and have been more than impressed with how easy versatile this grill is. Really makes me look like a professional. Our grill is a 4 burner ( big ) so we split the cooking surface to half regular grill and half skillet. best of both world in one package.

While I love how the grill cooks, it uses a ton of propane, compared to my old Weber grill. For example, I have used 1/2 tank for 4 quick meals for 2 people! Additionally, I really dislike all of the stainless steel which is really hard to keep looking nice and the stainless steel side shelves scratch so easily. The first time using the grill and just setting down - carefully- a plate and a pair of tongs and I got scratches. It was crazy! The other thing, is because of the location of the propane tank within the cabinet, it makes it super hard to change. My old Weber grill had the tank on the outside - making it much easier to change. Weber should be designing for functionality. I'm disappointed and honestly wish I hadn't given away my old grill.

Have always had Weber grills in our family. Moved into a new home and wanted a larger grill than I had previously. The Summit line seemed too much so picked this grill and love it. Meets all of my needs, cooks like a charm! Very happy

I had previously posted a negative review because of assembly issues and that there was no cover included for a not-so-cheap grill. Weber followed-up and sent a grill cover which I appreciate the customer outreach.

Best grill I ever bought! I never bought a Weber before and now I realize all I have missed out on.
