I bought this a month ago and use it every single chance i get. To go from a crappy old bbq to this is like going from a rusted out lemon of a car to a lambo. It fires up and gets hot in no time. Very high quality grill and i am very happy with it. Also the customer service is great with any questions or issues.

I have not been able to use the grill correctly because if the electronic smart controls malfunctioning. I have been waiting for parts but its been awhile. I used the grill without any temp readings and kove it. So I'm sure once its fixed i will love it more.

Bought this grill and found it was missing the axle and hardware. Weber will send in 15 business days?? Miss 3 weeks in grilling season. Not Acceptable!

This is an outstanding BBQ, which lives up the the billing. It performs consistently well, and adds to the enjoyment of outdoor cooking. This is our second Weber, which pretty much speaks for itself. Would highly recommend.

Beyond a significant improvement from previous Webers I've had. Doesn't have some of the frills and design enhancements of the pro Summit but is highly functional, easy to use and consistent. Highlights include instant startup, great heat retention and temperature regulation. I've been able to use the side burner a few times and it also works well with no drama.

Nice grill but while the cavity gets really hot, the temperature on the grids does not. You shouldn't have to use the sear zone to get good color on a burger.

I love this grill and I dont have anything to complain about the build or its performance so far. The only wish I have, is that lighting system that the smart model has in the hood was an option for this one as well.

Great grill. That is until it stops working. Customer service is nonexistent. First they tell you to go to where you bought it. No help there. After digging deep and requesting help from Weber, I get turned over to artificial customer support that does nothing but send me DOY replacement parts. Great brand. Great product. Terrible customer support. I will never buy Weber again.

My husband just loves our new grill!! We had a Weber Genesis before that got crushed when our gazebo collapsed that was 2 years old and cooked perfectly!! This new one is even better with a built in for a wok! You cannot beat a Weber!! They are the best!!!

Great grill! I've had mine for a month and it is holding up really well. It's made from quality materials and it's much better than my previous grill. The temperature control is awesome and the surface grills evenly. The sear zone is great. I've begun purchasing the grill accessories and the griddle is a must for grilling vegetable, salmon and smash burgers. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a high quality, reliable and fun grill for outdoor cookouts.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
