This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

This replaced a 17 year old s470 summit. Gave it to a friend as it still works fine with all original parts. Built like a tank. The Genesis is amazing. The improvements and tech upgrades make Weber the leader in my book. Look foward to many years of use.

This Weber gas grill is awesome. Totally worth the money. It heats up fast, cooks food evenly, and everything tastes amazing. Super easy to use and makes grilling way more fun. So glad I got it!

I really like the flexibility and options of this grill. I can easily change from a griddle, to a grill basket, and back to a regular grill with ease. The locker affords me the ability to store all of my accessories without taking up any room in our kitchen. So far, I'm loving it!!

The grill has worked just like a normal Weber grill should. I slow cooked a pork shoulder on it at 225 and it came out perfect. As to being as good as my previous Weber I would have to say that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. The sturdiness of the grill isn't the same. The quality of the materials either. I don't see this grill lasting as long as my previous Weber grill.

My first Weber and so far very happy with performance and quality build. Larger side burner than I had before so water boils quicker. Great storage underneath and I like that there are total of 8 hooks to hang accessories! Natural gas hookup was easy with provided adapter. Hallock in Branford, CT was easy to deal with and delivery was seemless. So far, so good.

The Genesis E-435 is a very large grill that can cook a variety of food at the same time. The grill lights very easily and cooks evenly. I love having it connect to natural gas so I never worry about running out of gas while cooking I am looking forward to trying the other accessories that can be purchased to cook other things such as pizza, seafood, eggs, etc…

Had trouble with lights staying on. Called very unknowable customer service. After 45 minutes they send us a switch. Installed that and still doesn't work. Now they sent all new lights. Still need to put them in. All on my time. At the price we spent, a tech should have came to the house to do it. Assembly was about 2 1/2 hours with 2 highly qualified people. The grill comes up to heat well and I am liking it other than above issues.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
