Not easy to clean, after using the first time outside of grill collected a lot of dust, Pollen and appears to be a film much like a fine grease coating. Cleaned with a stainless grill cleaner but didn't stay clean long. Seems to attract lots of pollen and dust. I purchased a grill cover hopefully this will help

We appreciate your feedback. All of our grills are built to withstand the elements, and with regular maintenance, they'll look great for many years to come. We are sorry to learn that you've been having trouble keeping the exterior clean. We recommend using BarKeeper's Friend stainless steel cleaner and polish, along with a soft cloth (not a paper towel), to remove grease and dirt, keeping your exterior surfaces in top shape. You may want to finish with Weber's Stainless Steel polish, for extra shine and protection. As you mentioned, a grill cover is an excellent tool to keep environmental materials off your grill's surfaces. For your grill, we recommend Weber cover 7757: https://www.weber.com/US/en/accessories/accessories-by-category/carts--et--covers/premium-grill-cover-7757/7757.html We hope these tips will help you spend less time cleaning and more time grilling! Please look for an email follow-up from our Support team. Thanks for being a Weber fan!
Especially love the sear zone. Took forever to assemble but it's worth it. Only complaint is the film that was on the top protecting the stainless steel left adhesive all over the top and is very unsightly. The entire top has it.

We appreciate your feedback. It means a lot to us that you gave your new grill a 5-star rating. We want all of our fans to have a stellar experience when they grill with Weber. The protective film we use provides heavy-duty protection. However, we apologize for the unexpected inconvenience of the residue. We recommend using Goo-Gone or similar adhesive remover to clean away the thin layer of build-up. Our Support team is here to make sure your grill looks brand new again soon. Please look for our email outreach. Thank you!
It's my first Weber and so far so good. It's going to take me some time to figure out the meat probes and timing multiple different dishes at the same time with the Weber Connect app but I'll get there. Excited to make use of the Weber crafted frame and accessories.

I am unable to get enough heat to sear meat, even in the "sear zone." I am very unhappy with this and hope there is a fix.

Thank you for your feedback. We expect our grills to provide steady, even heat. It sounds like your grill might be in "bypass mode," causing the low temperature you are experiencing. What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. First, rule out a gas leak by performing a soapy-water leak test per the instructions in you grill owner's guide. You can also click the link below for help: https://consumer-care.weber.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023849891-How-do-I-perform-a-gas-leak-test-on-my-grill- Your grill should easily reach 500F, which is hot enough to cook and sear. If there is no leak, then it's possible your grill is in a safety mode called "bypass." Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on all remaining main burners, one by one Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F Your experience is very important to us. Please look for an email follow-up from our Support team. Thank you!
Best grill I've ever owned! Plenty of space, looks great, and very precise heating.
It took me a couple of times to realize that the temperatures are true and even , I used have to shuffle my food around to find the hot spots. Also , the side shelf is a nice size coupled with the built in storage section make life easier . Very happy with it .
The weather has been atrocious where I live, a very rainy spring, people hereabouts are referring to the sixth month as "Juneuary". Consequently, the grill has only been used five times. So far, so good; it does what it is designed to do. I upgraded from a three burner Genesis bought new in 1996, primarily to get a better indirect cooking area. Back then, the burners were placed horizontally, so the indirect area was along the back or the front of the grates. Even if only one of the three burners was used, the indirect area was long and skinny; not ideal for some items. Modern grills have the burners arranged front to back, plus, this is a four burner grill with more surface area, so the indirect area is rectangular and can be fairly large if only the far left or right burner is used. I have only a few minor complaints, one theoretical, two practical. First, as opposed to my older grill, this unit does not have a "full frame". By frame, I mean a full rigid box structure composed of square tubing. This unit has a rectangular frame at the left and right, but they are held in place by sheet metal panels, on the sides, bottom, and back, as well as the burner box casting. This only theoretical, but the full frame seems like it would be stronger. That said, the actual main box of grill is very rigid, and I don't think it will be problem. However, the table work surfaces to the left and right of the main box are a different story. On the older grill, the upper horizontal frame rails extended a bit more than a foot the left and right of the burner box, and supported the work surfaces. Since those extensions were part of the frame, the grill could be safely moved by lifting on those extensions. By contrast, the work surfaces on the E435 are sheet metal stainless steel formed into a box shape with a plastic end cap, which is attached to the frame with four bolts. There's definitely some flex if the grill is lifted by those shelves, and I'd say that should be avoided. However, this is a far heavier grill than the old model, and I miss the sturdiness of the old design. Finally, at least one review I read pre-purchase mentioned the rubber cushions attached to lid that contact the burner box had fallen out right away. When I unboxed by unit, one was loose in the box, and the "cone" on the top of cushion was torn off, the other was nowhere to be found. Since all the other hardware and small pieces were packaged in individual sealed bags, I didn't think much of it until it was fully assembled, and there were no cushions included with those parts. It appears that the lid is shipped with the bumpers installed, and they fell out in shipment. There was only one loose in the shipping carton; I have no idea what happened to the other. It may have fallen off before shipment, or fell out between the flaps of the box. There was also a small gash in the box which may have been due to shipping. Whatever caused it, it did not damage the contents, but I may have been an exit point for the cushion. Since the cushions were apparently a poor fit and fell out in shipment, I saw little point in contacting Weber for replacements. There is a bit of a clunk if the lid is closed without due care, but since my older grill never had those cushions, I don't miss them. However, the issue does mar what is in most respects a fairly good product.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate hearing that a long-time Weber fan is replacing their old Weber with a new one. Thank you for being part of the Weber family! We will bring your feedback about the body design to our team. We expect the frame to be long-lasting. As for the side tables, we do not recommend using the tables to move the grill, as mentioned in your grill owner's guide. Please use a firm grip on the grill's body frame when transporting the grill from place to place. We apologize that the lid bumpers were absent on your new grill. That is definitely not normal! Our Support team will make sure to send a replacement under your grill's warranty. Please look for an email outreach from us soon. Thanks again for being a long-time Weber fan!
Love all the new features on this grill the Wok grill is great and the folding top rack is another great addition from my old Weber.

Well worth the wait. I ordered in March, but waited about 3 months before it was ready to ship. I was dangerously close to picking another model when all of sudden I had a delivery date 3 days away. Pretty simple instructions on assembly but it takes a while if you do it by yourself. 75% of the way in someone showed up to help and the back half went a little smoother. All in all though, this is an amazing grill. I can't wait to continue using it. And it looks phenomenal at night!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
