This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

Love this grill! Have owned Webber products for over 50 years. At one time had 4 grills. 2 Genesis 3 , gas portable and charcoal portable and out door fire pit. Highly recommend Webber products. I did have a problem with assembly. My assembly instructions were missing pages 13 to 28, but went on line and printed the manual.

Very nice grill cooks evenly. Out of the box one of the burners didn't lite, diagnosed on the phone with the help line. Was told it needs a new ignition box- back ordered no estimated time. Very expensive grill to not work out of the box and told just wait till we get the part

Plenty of room for food. Temps are easily maintained and allow for much higher temps. Looks good and cooks better.

Side burner was not working when I first used the grill. I called Weber and ordered a part, I've been waiting for at least a month.

Well made, easy to use, heats up fast I think Weber could have utilized the space on the right for more storage and sealed in the existing storage to prevent animals from finding a winter home.

My new Weber grill is, indeed, the best of the best grills. It is well constructed with high gaged steel and stainless-steel parts. The burners are designed that allows meats to be cooked quickly and evenly. The grill cover is made of heavy gauged steel and finished with high gloss paint. For those who love to grill the Weber E-435 Grill is at the top of my list.

We suggest preheating the grill with all burners on high for 15 minutes. This ensures there is even heat across the grill. Our burner control knobs start at the high position. As the knob is turned counterclockwise the temperature goes lower. We look forward to helping you get the best experience possible from your new grill. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
