This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

I LOVE this smart grill! This thing is fantastic. We cook in batches/ meal prep and host friends a lot so this allows us to more easily cook what we need on the same equipment. A propane grill is a great addition to a pellet smoker for easy and quickness of cooking on a weeknight

I have owned a Weber grill for 25 years. Not multiple Weber grills but only one Weber Grill. I figured it was the time for an upgrade. And the upgrade did not disappoint. The versatility of the E-435 and the amount of cook space that this Grill offers is perfect for what I use it for. I entertain a lot and I love to cook. Yes I would recommend Weber grills to anybody and everybody. I've owned one for years I was never disappointed with the grill or the customer service.

I have needed a new grill for awhile this grill hit all the ideas I wad looking for. Different using Bluetooth but excited to know how foods cooking l, and how long it's been cooking! It's fantastic and adds a great addition to my patio set very nice looking. I'm so happy with my choice

My grill hasn't worked right since I bought it. the igniter STILL wont work after 4 or 5 emails with service support to trouble shoot.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your Genesis E-435. We are so sorry to learn of your frustration with your grill's igniter not working. We expect the ignition system to provide consistent results! It is possible that the igniter electrodes that light your burners shifted during shipping or assembly. We recommend checking the end of the burners to confirm each electrode is parallel to the top of the burner. We also recommend checking the wire connections at your igniter module under the grill. This grill was easy to put together as long as you use the BILT feature along with the instructions with the grill. As for the function of the grill, I am very pleased with all the features, however, I need to use it a lot more to get use to the heat it puts out, but this is all on me. I am very pleased with the grill and will enjoy it as much as I did the old natural gas grill.

This grill is so far the best grill I've ever owned! It is my first Weber and I will never not buy a Weber grill again. Very easy to install which in turn makes it easily repairable if something goes wrong with one of the parts. But the way it was made and the sturdiness of the grill will make it last for a long time. The last grill I had only lasted me 3 years and I couldn't replace any parts without having to do major work.

The product rusts. I have owned 3 Weber grills before. The new Weber rusts like a champ. Never had this problem before. Less than 60 days in and my grill looks awful- even after cleaning. Weber has also been very hard to work with about this issue. Never had that problem before.

Please accept our apologies for the disappointment. It is possible for grease from cooking to accumulate on your grill which can accelerate corrosion if it is not cleaned. At the first sign of discoloration, we recommend using a rust cleaner like Bar Keeper's Friend to remove the spot. If left untreated, any steel surface exposed to moisture, high heat, and air will rust. We are sorry about the difficulties you experienced with our Support team. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
