Love this grill. All the available attachments like the pizza stone and griddle are game changing. Weber knocked it out of the park with the design. The below grill storage is outstanding.

The grill was fairly easy to set up. It took a good 3 hours. I would highly recommend using the BILT app as it is more specific to the model than the Weber directions. I've only used the grill a few times so still learning the proper settings but it's been great so far.

Grill came scratched and missing a key piece. It's a ton of work to put together- took me about 6 hours and requires two people. Also, I didn't realize there's no thermometer that isn't digital. If you can't plug it in, there's actually no way to know the temperature of the grill. The digital thermometer often tells me the grill is 50 degrees hotter than it is, so accuracy there is off.

We also want you to have options for powering your grill. The Weber Connect tech included with your grill can be powered through either the included plug or via an optional rechargeable power bank. The built-in ambient probe works differently than an accessory thermometer. This is because the Thermocouple/controller provides an average measurement across the whole grill which differs from the single-point measurement of an accessory thermometer. I purchased the grill from a local authorized dealer rather than a big box store that was lower cost. Support the local small business. The grill was delivered to my garage and now my responsibility to get to my backyard and up to my deck. It was assembled. The grill is beautiful and works well. However, it came with 3 owners manuals; two in Spanish and one in French. No English! I called the salesman at the store and he promised to have the Weber rep send me a manual written in English. It's been about a month and still not here. Lost in the mail maybe? I also bought a Weber cover for the grill which looks great but barely fits. I hope it lasts. My old grill had space to store an extra propane tank. This model specifically warns against doing that. Overall it's a really nice grill but my experience so far has been less than 5-star.

This is a great grill! Burns hot and can really throw a flame, all the add ins are clutch, storage, over grill lighting and the temperature sensors really help dial in on cooking. Buying the additional tops is well worth it, breakfast is my new favorite thing to cook on the grill and pizza is a fun option for outdoor dining. I highly recommend this grill and all the additional grill tops.

It really makes grilling easy. The app is a hit as well. Searing zone is a plus for steaks. Heats up quick and holds temp nicely.

I love the grill, however I am very disappointed that I can not buy a Webber grill cover for it. I had to buy some crap aftermarket cover and it's not very good so my grill is getting exposed to rain . When will Webber be coming out with the cover for this grill?

I have had this grill for a few weeks now and love it. It is easy to assemble utilizing the Built app. As for use this thing is packed with features. The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions were easy to set up using my phone. This makes it easy to keep track of the temperature and monitor the internal temps of whatever is cooking using a temperature probe provided. The Weber app is easy to use and very useful. As for the grill itself it is quick to heat and very well insulated. It has made cooking easy!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
