This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

I like the grill but I have to light it manually as the igniter doesn't work. I have contacted Angel in customer service but he seems to think I should repair it myself. I am old and have knee and back problems and can't crawl around under the grill to diagnose and repair it and I don't think I should be expected to. Please let me know your thoughts on the issue.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to learn of your frustration with your Genesis E-435 igniter not working. We expect the ignition system to provide consistent results! If you are not hearing a clicking noise when you press the igniter button, it is possible that the igniter electrodes that light your burners shifted during shipping or assembly. We recommend checking the end of the burners to confirm each electrode is parallel to the top of the burner. We also recommend checking the wire connections at your igniter module under the grill. I have been very impressed with my new weber grill. Burners light easily. Heat is even. Built in heat thermometer is very convenient. The app hooks up easily. The alarm which tells me that the food is done is to settle at this point. Maybe I will figure this out later. I would like to see Apple Watch integration.

Another Homerun from Weber! This grill is amazing, well constructed, game on flame on! Versatile depending on what you want to grill and how, direct, indirect, smoke, at night, during a party - reminders with the smart app allows you to mingle instead of minding the grill. The accessories are great. My only complaint, let me have this grill in a finish beyond stainless steel. This would be totally kick ace with the stainless steel grates, lights, smart grill and a blue finish! Natural gas is the way to go and you'll never run out of fuel. And the heat, baby watch out. If you're suffering from grill envy today, be aware, this will not have cold spots or hot spots. It's nuts on and the temp gauge is where you need it by the grates. I highly recommend reviewing the entire setup through the BILT app and consult the instruction manual at the same time. Some of the screws look similar enough you may place them in the wrong spot. Sockets and screw gun are your friends. Exceptional product! The way this is built, this could very well last 20 years or more. Purchase it, it will be more than worth it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
