I rated this grill three stars primarily because a piece, the back end, was missing. However, overall, it's not a bad grill! Assembly was fairly easy, and the included QR code made the process even simpler. For the price, I think it's a great value. It worked well, was pretty easy to use, even in cold weather, and made delicious burgers. Plus, my husband really enjoyed using it!

This grill made the juiciest meat I've ever eaten! It was easy to assemble. Easy to preheat. It took no effort to cook an amazing meal! I was able to keep the temperature set perfectly. It gave an even cook with the perfect sear marks! The grill has a sear zone, and it works beautifully. There's three separate burners to cut on all at once or one at a time. Even if it's your first time grilling, it would be super easy to figure out. We made chicken and steak for the first cook. The sizzle of the meat on this grill is delicious! The meat turned out juicy and tender! The flavor it gave was absolutely incredible. I have never had meat this juicy off a grill. The spice was everything, and it has that classic grill taste! It was all the grill flavor you love without any hassle! Embrace the smoky embrace of the grill and let the flavors unfold! This Weber grill is the superior grill! I will be cooking on this every night!

The EP-325 Spirit is a great grill for the price. The evenness of heat is fantastic, and the sear zone is perfect for making a sizzling steak that will impress your friends. The four casters make it easy to move around, and the Weber Works comparability is a huge win.

Wow! This is a wonderful grill! It arrived in a huge box, and was very easy to out together! Took my husband and I about 30 minutes to set it up! Cant wait for all the grilling! The season has begun!!

It's a nice grill comes with cast iron cooking grates, which are not only durable but also provide even heat distribution, ensuring that food is cooked to perfection. Cleaning is wry easy and comfortable. Moreover, the installation process is straightforward. Even though it takes some time to put it together, but it definitely worth it. We've been able to make some food already. Overall, this grill is well-made, feature-packed, and an ideal choice for outdoor cooking. Highly recommended for anyone who loves grilling!

Preformed very well with making hamburgers. Very heavy and durable, definitely up for any task. Easy to assemble, easy to clean compared to other brands. Has a temperature guard for accurate temperature. Overall a fantastic grill

Grill was very easy to assemble, you just need to purchase a propane tank separately and you're good to go! I really like it! It looks great and the quality seems really high. Would recommend!

I haven't had the chance to actually use the grill yet because of the cold weather but from what I can tell so far it seems like a great high quality grill! I'm giving it 4 stars just simply because I haven't had the chance to use it yet. But it looks very nice and like a high quality grill. It did take a bit to assemble, probably around an hour and a half but the instructions disclaim this so it's no surprise. The instructions were easy to follow and I would recommend this grill to others!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
