We are loving our new grill!! It is the perfect size for "empty nesters" but big enough to still have the kids over for a meal! We LOVE that it hooks up directly to the house and we have NO worries of running out of propane!!
Good quality grille but complicated assembly took a few hours to complete.
Great grill, hot and even heat displacement, simple and robust design, easy start, nice digital thermometer
Great BBQ get to 500F very quickly and the sear option are fantastic for steak
Grill is good…needed to assemble the drip tray as it arrived unassembled-very confusing as there was no handbook included and website was no help. Thermometer doesn't work!!! Arrived not working -cannot figure out what is wrong with it and again no instructions to assist with fixing or figuring out how to work it!!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion and frustration with your new Spirit grill. You should have received an assembly guide and owner's guide with the grill. Our Support team is here to help. Please look for an email from us soon. Thank you!
I had my Weber grill for about 4 months and grilled a few times and love pretty much everything about it; I regret I didn't get it sooner.
Theres no where on the grill thats safe for touching without being too hot or burning , including the hood handle and side tables. Im not getting the fuss, but then Im a newbie to gas weber.
The handle to lift the lid gets very hot. No other grill I have owned has gotten hot like this. Engineering should have done a better job.

Your feedback means a lot to us. So sorry to hear about your lid handle getting hot. All parts of the grill can get hot during grilling. We do recommend using a BBQ mitt to protect your hands while cooking. Our Care team will be reaching out to follow up. Thank you!
Just the right size. Efficient use of gas. Thermometer appears accurate and very easy to see from a distance. Isolating one or two burners in any order adds to versatility. Lights quickly and easily. Sear zones are a nice addition.
I've owned Weber grills since the 1990s and have always been impressed. Until now. The Spirit EP-325 (mine is the natural gas version, but that's not the issue) shows some clear manufacturing shortcuts that appear to save money and increase profit at the owner's expense. 1. No Back Panel The grill stand is completely open in the back, leaving it exposed to leaves, pests, and weather. I contacted Weber support about this, and the agent simply pointed me to a "critter prevention" help article. That is not an acceptable solution. This is a design flaw, not a cleaning issue. 2. Poor Grate Design The gaps between the grill grates are noticeably wider than in past models. Burgers, wings, vegetables, anything small can and does fall through. If you've owned older Weber models, you'll see the difference right away. It feels like a step backward. 3. Inconsistent Heat for Indirect Cooking The temperature is difficult to control. Using only one burner does not provide enough heat for indirect cooking on the other side. Temperatures stay in the 200 to 250 degree range, which is not useful for much. This is the first Weber that has ever let me down. I am sad to see the drop in quality from a brand I trusted for decades. And yes, Weber, I have contacted the company about this. It's truly a shame.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
