Best pellet smoker for the money! Super smoke function actually works, clean up is a breeze and being able to control and monitor from my phone is a life saver. I don't have to be chained to it all day.

Everything I have cooked on this grill has been great. I love the wifi feature to control and monitor temperature. I love how evenly everything cooks. I haven't been able to identify a hot spot on the grill at all. One of my favorite features is how big the cooking surface is, I can feed a small army.

We love the Woodridge Pro. We first did a 3-2-1 St. Louis style ribs, using super smoke at 180 for the first 3 hours. Then raising the temp to 225 for the 2, and 1 parts. the smoke ring was incredible, and the ribs were great. We also made smoked Mac and Cheese, and smoked cream cheese. Yum. Yesterday, we roasted a chicken, Dry rub, and then 375. Perfect, brown, and juicy. we love our Traeger grills.

The Woodridge Pro is a very easy to use grill. It is very well built and seems durable. I love the large dot matrix screen. My only reason for giving it a 4 out of 5 is that the amount of smoke flavor is not what I would expect. I recently did the 321 ribs using super smoke and still didn't taste as much smoke as I thought. I don't like a heavy smoke flavor but this lacked it. The ribs were still delicious. It could be something I did in the cooking process but I will continue to experiment with the different cooking techniques.

I bought the Woodridge pro about a month ago, and I love it! It has a large cooking space and the controls are easy to use. Cleaning the grill super easy with the grease and ash pot.

Just seasoned the grill yesterday and had our first cook today. Everything went very smooth on the assembly and startup. The Wi-Fi features are very nice and the precision of the various components is impressive. Best of all the baby back ribs turned out great! Very pleased with this purchase. I would point out that care should be exercised when moving the grill especially the 2 plastic caster wheels over concrete joints or cracks.

I purchased the Woodridge Pro Grill approximately one month ago. I already own a Traeger Pro 575, but I found myself missing the capability of being able to grill from time to time. I am so beyond pleased with this purchase it's hard to put it into words. I have only grilled hamburgers so far, but let me tell you this grill will not disappoint. I am completely thrilled with this purchase, and I would highly recommend this grill to anyone who enjoys smoking and grilling because with the Woodridge Pro you definitely get the best of both worlds.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
