Best purchase I have ever made. Assembly was a breeze. First smoke was back ribs. Easy peasy and they tasted amazing.

Made it to 2 uses before error 13 came up. Followed all the recommendations and took it apart spent an hour on Father's Day trying to fix it but it's done. Epic fail. Back to cooking with charcoal on the Weber which never fails

I've been grilling with propane my whole life. I made the leap to wood-fired and glad I have. The Traeger is so different but, I'm enjoying how to use it and why all it can do. It seems like the answer is "everything".

Just purchased my Woodbridge grill a month and a half ago and I couldn't be happier. The final product has been amazing, and the ease of grilling is second to none. After using a gas grill for so long, I recommend this grill! Love my Traeger!

I bought one 2 months ago and I love every thing it, an excellent investment I cook all of my family's meals on it and my wife is crazy about it she doesn't do any cooking except for small things and she brags to everyone that I'm now the cook. If I had the money I would definitely do an upgrade but I do only so much on Social Security.

I have used this maybe 7 or 8 times, the first few times it wouldn't read the right temp, No problem Traeger sent me the warranty temp sensor. Worked great a couple times after that the display quit working. Again Traeger sent me a new display which fixed it but under 10 cooks and 2 issues already. Should be 2 stars but Traeger customer service gives them a bonus star.

We just WON a Woodridge grill from our local (Fareway) grocery store & they gave us a bone in pork shoulder with it❣️ So of course we made it this week OMG it was so easy and delicious 😋

I was very impressed with the packaging and instructions for assembly. It does take more than an hour. It works perfectly with two exceptions. First, the locking wheels are very poor in design. I cannot get my foot under the frame to lock and unlock without picking the grill edge up and spinning the wheel until I can barely see the lock. I am 5'9" and weigh 160 pounds so there should be no problem with my foot fitting under there to lock the wheels. I expect a redesign to arrive for replacing the wheels with a better locking system. I used the side burner, and at the lowest temperature, my BBQ sauce was boiling!! I will use it again and respond. I have been using a Traeger for 8 years. Your people helped me fix the old one several times. it should be in your files. I cannot remember the name but it had the copper colored lid. SO please update your records so that I do not get anymore emails inviting me to join the Traeger team.

I bought this grill a few weeks ago, I have been having power issues with it since. No the 5 stars is not a mistake…. Traeger customer service went far out of their way in helping me diagnose my problem and promptly shipped me out the replacement parts needed to repair it. These grills are machines and can have faults out of the box…. Such is life, but the customer service I received in resolving my issues just created a life long customer! Way to go Traeger! Thank you again!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
