The carrier used - On Trac. I never received my product because I was never allowed to connect with a real person - seller or shipper. Nothing could get resolved. I do not have a product that I was looking so forward to.

I surprised my fiance with this as an anniversary gift (I always buy gifts I can use and want, lol). When he saw it he thought it was ridiculous and didn't want it! The next day temps went up to 90 and we love spending time out back with the neighbors so I busted this out.... it was the biggest hit! He absolutely loved it! The neighbors loved it! The kids loved it! Everyone who stopped by wanted one! Over the next week he told everyone how I got him the best gift ever yet again. I think we sold at least 5 more from telling people, lol. I want to get the smaller version for indoors next. Yet again, Shark made another amazing product!

We bought this fan over a year ago. The fan works great but the misting system only worked once. we read everything online and followed all the instructions including cleaning the misters, running water/vinegar thru it, primed the host, everything. I think the pump itself is not working since there is no water movement through the tube. Again the fan is great, but mister is NOT.

Always happy with Shark products. This is my 3rd Flexbreeze fan. The second one had some issues, but their customer service is amazing and replaced it. Shark is a great company that stands behind their products!!

It took me a long time to review this one because I got it in the end of fall and had to wait until it was hot to be useful, but it was worth it. Very strong fan and the water feature is fantastic. My family loves it and it works so well. I added the picture of my orchids because they're doing great even in the desert because of the lovely mist. I will say that if you sit in front of it while it's misting it's pretty strong and you will probably get wet, but if you're a little farther away it's awesome.

Bought almost 2 months ago and the misting feature no longer works. The customer service was good since Shark was quick to replace but the product itself is flawed.

I was beyond excited about buying this fan because we spent a lot of time out by the pool and I live in a very hot climate. First fan arrived and was super easy to put together and use. We used it for an hour in the misting worked great. One week later when I powered it on, no missing. I went through all the troubleshooting and the pump would not turn on. Customer support was nice enough to send me a new fan. I have now use that fan a total of three times for maybe two hours total. Want to use it today and same exact issue as the first fan. The pump does not even try to come on. I did all the troubleshooting and it's useless. I see that multiple people are having the same issue and I think that this round of fans have defective parts.

Fan workers very well. Miating feature is great. At max, holds the charge for a couple hours. Remote is very convenient.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
