Bought almost 2 months ago and the misting feature no longer works. The customer service was good since Shark was quick to replace but the product itself is flawed.

I was beyond excited about buying this fan because we spent a lot of time out by the pool and I live in a very hot climate. First fan arrived and was super easy to put together and use. We used it for an hour in the misting worked great. One week later when I powered it on, no missing. I went through all the troubleshooting and the pump would not turn on. Customer support was nice enough to send me a new fan. I have now use that fan a total of three times for maybe two hours total. Want to use it today and same exact issue as the first fan. The pump does not even try to come on. I did all the troubleshooting and it's useless. I see that multiple people are having the same issue and I think that this round of fans have defective parts.

Fan workers very well. Miating feature is great. At max, holds the charge for a couple hours. Remote is very convenient.

I recently bought this for a family gathering. It is well made, but the battery run-time was disappointing, making it less convenient to use.

I'm on my second Shark FlexBreeze Pro Mist, and just like the first, the misting feature stopped working after about a week. I paid extra for the F1 Special Edition color combo, which I can't even get anymore. Now I'm stuck with a fan that doesn't do what I bought it for. I don't have time to drive back and forth to FedEx every week returning defective fans. Judging by other recent reviews, this is a recurring issue—not a fluke. Totally unacceptable for a premium-priced product.

Received my first one ..when I ran the tank there was alot of water leakage the mist is a good ideal but as stated you have to be up on it.if ypu run it on high the charge drains pretty fast . Second use the water mist stopped working ..had to endure the hot track meet no mist but the fan is a good fan ..customer service eas great .great warranty they sent me a new one havent uaed the mist yet but I use tje fan in house and its great

Worked amazing out of the box. Little noise and plenty of mist to keep you cool. Though this was only for the first use. On the second use, while still on its first full charge and with 3/4 of a water tank left, the misters stopped working properly and only sputtered out water creating a large puddle and the base of the use. I later charged it again and flushed out the old water, and refilled it using the same filtered water as before, and again the same issue. For the price, I had to return it to get my money back rather than an exchange.

I purchased this for my nieces to give them some relief when they go up north or to use outdoors. They love it. They like how versatile it is and they like the option of going cordless. The misting feature is pretty cool to use outside on those hot humid days. I showed my niece a video how you can put ice cubes in the tank with cold water to have a colder mist.My sister liked it so much I purchased one for her because my nieces use theirs all the time.

This is the most useful product I have bought in years. ''This so easy to assemble Helps instantly provide heat relief. So easy to use. Everyone that is outside in the heat would benefit from this fan. Great cooling mist I will also be prepared when a power outage happens This works great inside with the battery powered option. Shark flex breeze pro mist is wonderful. Thank you for this great product

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
