Ooni offers a standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship in their pizza ovens for a period of one (1) year, or for three (3) years when registered with the manufacturer. Labor not included.

I love making pizzas in the Koda 16. It took a little while to perfect my technique to get a crisp crust, but Ooni has made lots of good videos with tips that helped a lot. I always use the Ooni app to make my dough, and this is a fool-proof way to get the perfect dough every time, no matter how many people you are feeding.

Was looking at this oven for a long time and was not sure if it was worth it. What a mistake not pulling the trigger long time ago. It delivered everything that has promised.

My family my will never order pizza again. We are spoiled obsessed with this oven. The taste and texture is so superior to any pizza restaurant or frozen options. We love making pizzas and eating them even more.

The Koda 16 is amazing. Easy to use. Heats up nicely. I am very pleased with my purchase. My first few pizzas were not great...but that was the result of my buying pizza dough that was not good. I have since made my own dough using the Ooni recipe, and the pizza was the best yet.

Cooks an excellent pizza with a fluffy , but thin, crust. Takes a little practice to keep from burning the crust edges, but by third time, people raved about the pizza.

Very easy to use. As I am gluten free, it has been hard (outside of Italy!) to get a good pizza crust. This allows me to make the best crusts, and I finally back enjoying my pizzas! I store it outside on a table, and have a cover for both the oven and the table. I store the pizza stone indoors except when in use. It only takes 20-25 minutes to heat up the stove to 800+ degrees with gas. The oven cools down quickly in 90 minutes. I find that loading the pizza on a lightly floured (with fine rice flour) wood pizza peel works best, I then use the metal pizza peel to turn and remove the pizza. I have tried 3 different flour recipes: King Arthur 00 pizza crust; Bob' Red Mill pizza mix; and Capitol gluten free pizza flour. Capitol resulted in the best Neapolitan crust, and King Arthur was more of a thick crust due to how much the dough rose.

After using our Uuni 3 for six years it was time to upgrade/update. So when we built the outdoor kitchen we added the Koda 16. What can I say, Ooni pizza ovens are the best. Practice and patience and the Koda 16 can make anyone a pizza chef.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
