The instructions were easy to follow. Set up was quick and easy. My first attempt was Buffalo Wings for Super Bowl Sunday. Wings came out moist and delicious and the hickory smoked flavor was awesome. As I write this there is a brisket in the smoker. I live in northeast Ohio and to be able to use this smoker indoors twelve months out of the year and achieve the same quality is amazing.

I have never been so happy with something in my life. This is a dream come true! My husband got this for US.. well I have taken ownership of it and I am very happy with this appliance! THE POSSIBILITIES are endless.. I am in SMOK'n Heaven! Thank you again for my lifetime happiness of smoked yummies INSIDE & in A L L SEASONS!

Works as advertised. Easy to use. No smoke (though you will smell the wood aroma which is awesome!) Has three racks. I was able to do a 12 pound brisket on two racks. Next did some baby back ribs. Both were great! WIFI connected and you can control a lot of setting straight from the app. My only issue is with cleaning the inside of the smoker. Some what difficult and really should be done while the oven is still warm. If you let it sit a day, get ready to scrub for a while.

Indoor smoker is a great addition to those who love to smoke food. Easy to use and makes flavorful meals! I was really impressed with the smokeless feature.

I am thoroughly amazed at how easy the indoor smoker is to use. On the day I received mine, I was able to make a batch of pulled pork from pork butt, and the taste was amazing! I highly recommend this smoker to anyone out there who wants to get into smoking meats, vegetables, or anything else, but doesn't have the space or ability to smoke outside all year.

This is a fantastic product. Easy to use and clean, makes delicious food and looks amazing. Novice smoker but feel like a pro after smoking with this smoker. Love the combination of technology and simplicity.

In my opinion this product is a gimmick. The heating element is very small and only on the bottom of the unit. The pellets used are not pure wood but a composite of wood and other materials that I would not want in my food. Takes a very long time to heat up and cooks unevenly between top and bottom shelves

Our smoker is engineered for maximum efficiency and only takes 15 minutes to preheat. You can choose any BBQ pellets for your smoker, but the included pellets are 100% hardwood with no additives. When cooking for extended periods of time, we recommend rotating the racks to achieve the most even results and flipping foods if necessary. Additionally, please avoid overloading the smoker, or placing items too close together for optimum results!

Taking it for the first test drive. My brothers each got one through the original kickstarter campaign before he appliance bought the company. I am a big green ever too but some days convenience takes the day. Super excited to join the club.

Terrific! This is exactly what I've always wanted. I live in a pretty short, nice weather part of America and it's so wonderful being able to enjoy one of my favorite cooking methods outside inside.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
