I love smoking and grilling but HATE standing outside when the weather isn't nice so this was just a perfect way to get that perfect smoked quality food within the comfort of our home. It's also the size of a mini wine fridge and doesn't look like an eye sore at all.

I have used this smoker indoors several times and I seriously love it. My husband has an outdoor one but I won't use it. It intimidates me and it's cold or rainy most of the time. This does smoke some but nothing major. I open3d my back door and it was fine. I never had a smoke detector go off either so it wasn't much smoke at all. I love how easy it is to use. Also the food comes out delicious. I love the temperature gauge so you don't have to keep checking it and can keep an eye on it On the app or the outside reading on the smoker. This will be used tons in the future

GE profile smart indoor smoker is a great product, it brings everything I love about grilling and smoking my favorite foods outside to the comfort of my kitchen. It's easy to use, recipes are simple to follow, I love using the app to help me prepare my favorite meals and keep up with the temperature and time. I highly recommend to anyone who loves the taste of smoked meats and vegetables but is looking to bring it inside and enjoy cooking from the comfort of your kitchen. Im a huge smoker fan. I have a pellet smoker. A gravity charcoal smoker. And now this indoor pellet smoker. It's not very big so if your needing it for big jobs it may not be ideal but for a family home and dinners it is absolutely amazing. I was very skeptical that it would smoke up the house but not a single bit escapes and it does such an amazing job. So delicious.

This thing is so awesome! I honestly didn't know what to expect from it because an indoor smoker just sounds interesting but it blew me and my husband away. We have been smoking stuff all month long, stuff I didn't even know you could smoke I've been tying out, like different cheeses and olives maybe others know have done this but to someone who has no experience smoking food it's been a blast. The first thing we went with was a pork shoulder and it came out so tender with just the right amount of smokiness to it. You could hear the machine cycling the pellets but it's not loud at all, I was worried the house would get smoky and position the machine next to the window just in case but that never happened. The smell fills the house just like baking something in the oven and it's very pleasant. This has been the best thing we've added to our kitchen and I'm so excited to keep trying out new recipes.

Although the instruction manual was a bit frustrating, the appliance works great. The order of setup and the instructions for initial use were not really organized well. I found myself going back and forth between pages to be sure I was doing the initial setup steps in the right order. The first thing I wanted to try was smoked chicken wings. Finding the setting for chicken wings was really easy. Just turn the dial and push the dial then press start. Super easy. The cook time was a bit longer than I thought it would be but once you set it and go find something to do it really goes by quick. While smoking, I was amazed that the house didn't smell like something was smoking. How does it do that?! The ventilation system is really good. And the flavor of those wings were so good. Although there are other recipes in the recipe book that came with the smoker that I will one day try, I will likely just use it to smoke my chicken wings bc that flavor was amazing. Cleanup was easy. The waste bin is located conveniently in the front. So is the pellet bin. Disposing the used wood pellets was easy and mess-free. Reloading the pellets was simple and clean. The door is secure and opens smoothly and quietly. It operates quietly, as well. This is a high quality device. Also, connecting to the internet was also a breeze. There's an app that gets you easily connected to wifi. I don't really need the remote access to it because of the amount of time it takes to smoke food but its's a really cool app and I love having the latest technology. Overall, this appliance is fantastic. It also very nice looking. It add so much sophistication to my counertop.

The box was huge but once we unboxed everything it was a great size for indoor smoking. We always crave good ribs or brisket but it's so hard to find. This is easily the best new staple in our home. Now we can cook those delicious meats without having to worry about cooking times and temps. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There is enough space in there for a family dinner or a big feast for the extended family. The first time we used it it did have a slight melted plastic smell but it quickly went away. The meat was cooked perfectly and best of all effortlessly. It tends to rain where we live which makes it hard to cook outdoors, but this indoor smoker solves all of those problems. I really like that the smoker itself does not heat up the area around it too much either and I feel safe having it insode my home.

This indoor smoker is just amazing! Talk about fuss free cooking and such tender meats. First of all, it's so easy to use. The app is easy to download and so easy to use. It even alerts you when the door is opened. Very user friendly. As far as size goes, it is quite big and bulky, but we are going to make a special table to have it on. It's super durable. As far as cleaning goes, very easy to clean. The grills are easy to remove. Has a drip pan and a drip tray on the outside as well. The chicken came out juicy and tender. It took a lil under an hour to cook chicken thighs. It has a probe you plug in on the upper right hand corner. It literally is smoke free. It's just awesome! You put pellets in the pellet area on the top of the smoker and you get perfectly smoked meats. I'm super impressed and love the fact I don't have to be outside smoking my food. You can also adjust the grills to your preference. Even makes this cute chime like noise when it's done smoking the food.

I absolutely love this smoker. This is actually the first smoker my family has owned, and we already love it. We've been making a lot of different things in here ever since we got it, and so far everything has turned out amazing. I can't believe it took us this long to get one, but we are so glad we did. The meats have especially been turning out great. Everything has tasted so amazing after being smoked. We're so excited to continue to use it with other recipes and meats. It's so simple to use as well. It comes with instructions to help you set everything up. Once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to start using. There are different features on the front that will help you start the smoking process. You'll see things like the smoke level, temperature, etc. It is all very simple to follow. We also really love that it came with the probe so that you can make sure to see the temperature of your meat before taking it out. It is always important to have the meat at the right temperature, so I'm very glad that it came with this. You can put this right into the meat while it's cooking too. This is a great way to know when the food is done. Overall my family has been enjoying this smoker a lot. We have only tried it with meat so far, but will be trying out other foods as well. So far the meat has come over very tender and delicious. We can't wait to try more!

I recently received and used the new GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker, I was very skeptical on how this was going to work because I've used an outdoor electric smoker and an outdoor regular smoker and it was hard for me to imagine being able to smoke indoors without any smoke But I was very impressed with the GE Indoor smoker. It was easy to set up, it was easy to use, I smoked chicken wings and a pork roast and both turned out delicious and full of flavor. And it really is smokeless I used it indoors And didn't have any issues with smoke. This is an awesome smoker and a great option for indoors whether you want to use it in your garage or in your home
