This barbecue has turned out to be a waste of money. I am constantly having to disconnect the regulator to get it to reset. It takes 30 minutes to get this barbecue to heat up to 400 F. The cooking is uneven, there is barely a flame on any burner and I just wouldn't buy this product ever again.What a total waste of my money

I bought this grill abut 3 months ago and what disappointment it is!!! ZERO heat consistency, it cools down so quickly that meat is sticking to grade constantly, the regulator seems to have to be disconnected and reconnected often as propane will not flow adequately. It gets 35-45 min. to reach 500 f point!!! from the first lighting, the grill emits a massive plastic smell. Even after 3 hours of heating and burning out at over 300 degrees. the penetrating stench is still there. I don't recommend this brand to anyone!!! Stay away!

I bought this 6 weeks ago. The bbq itself is very good but the rotisserie is excellent. Every joint cooked has been tender and beautifully cooked. Only thing that spoils it is magnetic door catch doesn't work!

I bought my Gem320 just a week ago. All works fine. Remember, start ignition from the left one. I need a back cover which is not available so will have to fix it myself. Full review next year. Also at current rate USD 300 should make the price in Poland PLN 1200. I had to Pay PLN 2200.

I have grilled vegetables, burgers slowly and iron griddled steaks to perfection. Easy to control the heat levels. Easy to clean. Have had it for 2+ years and it's not shown any significant wear. Good value!!

ZERO heat consistency. Rather, the entire cooking surface is a series of varying hot and cool spots. Bought this as an "upgrade" and treat to myself after convincing myself I needed a new grill after the last one's 15th birthday. What a mistake!!! Poor assembly instructions. Short a couple screws. Propane door never stays within its hinge slot, door falls out ever time the grill moves. Big and expensive mistake making this purchase and now I am stuck with it for years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MODEL!!!

I would never have believed the difference between a Broil King bbq and others I have owned. Above and beyond my expectations great taste and juicy meats wow.

I do not recommend the broil king monarch to anyone, I used mine for only one summer and always cleaned and oiled my grills grates, they r so full of rust and falling apart I cannot use it until I buy new grilling grates, which I shouldn't have to do because this grill cost a lot of money already, I used the automatic starter only three times and then it quit so I had to remove the grate before I could light and that alone made me not want to barbecue. I also covered my barbecue when cooled off. It's supposed to have a lifetime warranty but when I emailed the company I got no reply, do not recommend and will never buy again

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
