I purchased my Broil King Monarch recently and have been so impressed with the performance of this BBQ! I've been grilling all different kinds foods on it and they come out perfect every time. The build and quality is impressive and I love the versatility it offers with the fold down shelves and optional rotisserie add on. Setting it up was a breeze too. This is the perfect grill for smaller families and back yard get-togethers. Great value for your money.

I've had my broil king for a year now and it is the best bbq I've had. The whole grill surface cooks to the same temperature, great for cooking steaks! A lot less flair ups!

I bought this for my son as a house warming gift when he purchased his first house. It was very easy to assemble and the compact design was great for his needs. Heats up really quick and cooks evenly. Great BBQ! Highly recommend the king of BBQ's

No matter where I put the control knobs the bbq always ends up at 600 degrees. The owners manual doesn't show the knobs or how to use them. I'd pass a broil king by snd go to another brand. Wish I could return it. Don't have any way to do so. I've ruined so many meals on this bbq. I'd never recommend it. Finals are from another world. No matter how I play with them always hot hot hot. Must be a backwards bbq.

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry to hear you experienced poor temperature control. The control knobs on the Broil King Gem 320 have a 180° Linear control. When comparing the knob to a face of a clock, highest temperatures can be reached at the 9 O’clock position, and lowest temperatures at the 3 O’clock position. Please call our Customer Service line at 1-800-265-2150 or email us at info@omcbbq.com with some more information, and we’ll troubleshoot to get your Gem 320 working with more reasonable temperatures.

I can't remember how long ago I bought the equivalent model and am finally looking to buy the same unit. The Favour Wave dispersion system helps to considerable reduce, but not eliminate flaming. It is better than other propane barbecues I have used in the past. The cover has not warpeed, even though I have had a few sessions where I forgot about it and the temperature went way up. The biggest knock is the cast iron grill. It rusts over time. I think I am on my third set. My unit has been reliable - and still is actually - but I am upgrading for use at home and taking the old one to the cottage where I expect years more use.

Works well, and side burner is a handy addition but Broil King name on front corroded badly. The shelf bent.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
