For this price category product wouldn't expect any problems at all. My previous grill cost half less, lasted nine years and no problems at all... This one is full of problems straight from the package: - The ignition button doesn't work, the button gets jammed into on position constantly igniting. Must screw it very lose or off so that it doesn't ignite all the time. - The igniter doesn't lit the right side burner at all, must ignite it with matches. - Gas bottle side of the gas grill hose leaked (pre-installed). Had to reinstall it. At least the grilling results were good, that earned the second star. Will return this product unless I can't solve the remaining igniter problems.

I have used this grill about a dozen times and am very pleased,I heats fine and all the juices stays inside with no leakage out the front, as my old one did.I liked the design of the burners, but only time will tell on their longevity. So far Great

This is my first gas bbq, and I can only say how pleased I am with it. It was straight forward to assemble - and I am basically useless at diy. Once assembled, it looks great, and then when it comes to cooking, it's superb. I have done the staples....steak, burgers, corn, etc, and no problems. Then cleaning, simple straight forward, and easy. Quite simply this is a great entry level gas bbq, I would recommend it, and if you've doubts over a gas bbq, give this one a go!

Excellent grilling, sears meats very good. Would like to see a few more BTU's for even quicker searing.

Have owned this grill for two seasons now and I find it easier to.use than my much more expesnive grill that we use a home. The cast grills are great as is the very functional side burner. Side burner allows me to boil corn on the cob without heating up our summer place.

I am more than satisfied with this bbq. Although it's not super easy to assemble; once it's done, it's friendly-user and very reliable to cook. I've been bbqing since Nov-2017, even at -10 degrees and always has got the work done.

I bought this barbecue 6 years ago. Every year I clean it up inside and outside. My last Broil King Barbecue lasted more than 10 years. Now, I am looking to buy a Broil King for my adult children.

I purchased this yesterday, as it looked great in the shop. After unpacking the box and sorting all the various parts out I started to put it together. the instructions are pretty clear, but you have no real way of knowing which are the correct screws to use, putting the part number next to the diagram would have been very helpful. The first side went together very easily, but when I tried to put the other side on, the holes didn't line up so the screw wouldn't go in straight. after 20 minutes of trying I gave up and used a nut and bolt. I then had the same problem when putting the grill in, although after a lot of effort I did manage to get the screws in. Once it was together it is a great BBQ, very easy to use and the food tasted great. I'm sure the BBQ will last a long time as once it's assembled it seems to be a good quality product, it's just a shame its let down in the assembly process.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
