So easy to light, adjust the temp, store the outdoor grill basket... what is not to like!

Above average but still has quite a few flaws. The quality of the cooking surface (9mil SS) is excellent, as is the lid and basin but the entire rest of the grill body is made of poor quality and flimsy materials. The side workspaces and side burner are extremely thin sheet metal and also stain extremely easily. Just dripping a hint of olive oil on them will spread down the grainy surfaces and becomes an immediate eyesore. Same situation with the metal behind the burner adjustment knobs. The housing for the propane tank is just as cheaply built as any other big box store's grill's and the doors flop around very loosely, sounding like a tin can hitting the floor when you shut them.

This Weber 3 burner grill is a great replacement for my old rusted out grill. This one feels much sturdier, made of solid materials, and has many great features such as the sear burner and built-in handle light. With easy to service and replaceable parts this will hopefully be the last grill I ever need

Love the grill it cooks evenly over the whole grill. All burners lite on first try, looks great. The first weekend I had friends come over for a great barbecue. I went out to show off my new grill, It had rained the night before. Their was grease all around the grill. Rain gets into the inside of the grill and overflows the grease clean out pan. We had to clean the deck and inside of the grill. I went back to the store I purchased it from and told them to take it back. I explained what had happened. They were very concerned and asked if I had a cover for the grill. I did not want a cover and would like to leave it open. He asked me if I would have a cover for free, I agreed I no longer have a problem with rain. It is a great grill otherwise.

While the cabinet cannot be completely sealed for air flow reasons, we do not expect so much overflow normally. Can you please verify that the grease pan is pushed all the way back into the grill? There is a slight hitch to ensure it doesn't slide out too fast, but it sometimes gives the impression the tray is all the way back when it is not fully inserted. Love grill so far but…..I can't believe for what I paid to own this model it has NO gauge to tell when gas tank is low !!! Weber dropped the ball on this necessary item.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
