Weber Genesis E-335 Natural Gas Grill w/ Sear Zone & Side Burner - Black - 1500536

Love this grill. A great replacement for the Weber I had for 14 years.

A desperately needed new grill was a father's day gift. Always have had Weber Grills...always will. Loving it so far!

Works and cooks great, very easy to use too. Weber quality is outstanding.

I have issues with the BBQ left door staying closed it does not latch to the magnet properly do to miss alignment from the factory. Also have issues with igniting the middle burner it does not ignite on its own unless you ignite the sear zone at the same time. There is no explanation for this in the User/ Owner manual.

I enjoy the product and have used it this season. Would deftinately buy again.

The ignition system has known problems. The "warranty" is a joke. You have to self-diagnose the problem and do the repairs yourself - and that's only after going back and forth to get the right parts. Even Weber sends the wrong replacement parts because they didn't know what to send. The brand new replacement igniter failed within weeks. They said someone would contact me to resolve the issue and the person who contacted me had no clue what he was talking about.  He hadn't reviewed my warranty file, and didn't know what parts they sent to me. He actually asked me if they had sent the correct parts - because they don't know!  They told me that the warranty only covers replacement parts, but the customer has to do the diagnosis and repair.  They suggested that if the part fails a second time, that's it.  Meaning what?  They won't replace the defective parts they keep sending? They also promised in writing to have someone contact me about having a technician come out and diagnose and repair the grill. Never heard from them. The Warranty Center told me that they will never replace the grill. By the way, Weber got hit with fraud by the US Feds on their warranty - which touts itself as a premium warranty.  Only the price is premium, not the warranty.  You will be on your own to figure it out and repair it. Seriously not worth the headaches or the money.

Replaced 2000 model E-335. Simply updated from that model. Improved ignition and increased bin space are notable.

Stainless Steel Weber Genesis is a great grill. They improved over previous model with the pull out tray. This makes it much easier to clean. It could be me, but I'm not 100% happy with stainless steel grates. I believe the cat iron on my previous Weber did a better job with food sticking to it. I still love it and use this grill 5 days a week. I have a pellet smoker as well, but this grill is way more convenient to fire up and grill steaks, hot dogs, burgers, and chicken on the regular.

Super high quality as expected. This is probably by 4th Weber and I love them.

I finally replaced my 28 year old, rebuilt 3 times Weber with a new one. They're well built and I expect this one will last as long with proper care. Heat management is improved and I believe the lid is insulated which is nice. As delivered, the ignitor for the side burner doesn't work and I've read this is a common problem. I have to light it with a match. I also don't care for having to ignite each burner separately. There could be additional storage behind the doors next to the propane tank but there's a diagonal support rod in the way. Minor annoyances but still annoying.
