product is of high quality and well made. Customer service tried to be responsive to an installation problem, but didn't have the part. All good now. First use, I Cooked filet mignon steaks which turned out great on first try. Sear burner puts out a lot of heat and works well.

Replaced my 17 year old Weber with a new Weber. The old one was a great grille and still going through New England winters but it was time for a replacement. There are a number of improvements and added features to the new grille. I assembled it myself - you can see and feel the quality of construction. Refreshing change from other manufacturers that cut corners and reduce quality.

Overall pleased with grill but I am very disappointed there is no tank gauge as has and had been present on previous models. Probably would have purchased another model had I known

This is a watered down version of the Genesis 335 grill. The S335 has more features. They are presented like they are the same but they aren't.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very excited to hear you are enjoying your new Genesis S-335! Our cabinet is made to withstand the elements. It is important for it to be well ventilated for safety reasons, so it cannot be waterproof. We suggest using a cover when the grill is not in use. Hope this helps. My rating is directed towards the stainless steel grates. Wish I would've purchased a model with cast iron, and will look into replacing what this model came with. Not sure why Weber would deviate from the best in this case. When I apply a thin coating of oil to the cast iron grates it creates a virtually non stick surface. Not the case with the stainless. Live and learn

Hi! Your feedback is very important to us. We are so sorry to hear about your food sticking to the grates. We are happy to help with that. With regards to food sticking, we have the following recommendations: You can oil the food directly, but we do not recommend applying any kind of oil directly to the grates. Make sure you're giving your food enough time per side. Food will naturally start to release from the grates when close to flipping time. If using a marinade, try to get as much excess liquid off as possible before placing the food on the grill. If using a sauce of any kind, wait until the last 5 minutes or so to apply. We recommend cleaning your cooking grates every time you use your grill. Simply preheat the grill on high for 15 minutes with the lid closed and then brush the grates clean with a Weber Stainless Steel Grill Brush. Our Care team will also reach out to follow up. The grill is fine, but customer support is simply awful. My grill was delivered assembled. I found the side burner igniter did not work. Customer service was no help. The grill has a guarantee, but it must be returned in the original boxes (which I did not get since the seller delivered it assembled). Weber's web site effectively hides any method of filing a guarantee claim. My grill has attachments with absolutely no instructions for use. Printed material is not useful and Weber's web site is worse than terrible.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
