my unit came with spanish owners manual also no propane scale as cheaper units do.

Love the grill. I bought the same basic model 11 years ago. It never worked as well as this one. Press the start button and you have heat. Much hotter than the old one. I purchased the griddle and now cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I love the grill side storage grease drip location and redirection fantastic live the option of dropping in pizza pan and griddle addition can be added what I don't like the v bars and drip pan are not stainless steel my old Weber was all stainless including interior it appears much dirtier quicker and faster on the inside time will tell if the non steainless steel interior will hold up I had my previous Weber for almost 15 years

Only issue I have had involves lighting the grill. The first row ignites promptly upon pressing the ignition button, but the second row will not ignite within 10 seconds despite following the directions. Have had to ignite the second and third row of burners with a match.

Recently purchased a S-335 and Weber never fails to meet expectations! I looked around and ultimately circled back to Weber as the ones I have owned prior always stand the test of time and perform very well!

I was really impressed with Weber's customer service, on two separate occasions, it is one of a kind! On first occasion, beginning of May-2024 I called them about our Genesis II S-345 gas grill we bought in 2019 in Maryland that did not ignite one of the burners. They diagnosed the problem and sent me a complete Igniter Kit for free. On the second occasion, end of May-2024 the premium cover for Genesis 300 - series blew away during a storm from our Genesis S-S335 that we just bought for our second home in South Carolina. I was immediately contacted by Emily from Customer Service who was extremely nice and professional and in the end she sent me a new cover for free! Not many companies with such customer service are still around these days.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
