The best grill I have ever owned by far. No comparison to the lesser models I've always owned. Very high quality and the heat is so even and easy to regulate. Absolutely worth every penny. Will never recommend another brand of grill to anyone ever. If you've never owned a Weber grill, and need a new grill, please just get a Weber. You will wonder why you waited so long. Bravo to Weber for making such an awesome product.

Great grills my last genesis was still going good after 14 years . My new grill is great also I have no complaints . Wish Weber would upgrade the side burner temp . When I'm frying fish out side it's hard to keep the oil at a constant temperature,

I have purchased at least 10 Weber gas grills in the past. The S-335 was purchased for our vacation home in MA that we occasionally will rent. Unfortunately, this new grill started to have rust spots and pitting immediately. I noticed them after 1 use. Evidently the stainless steel exterior is not very durable and requires significant ongoing maintenance to keep the rust at bay. I just spent 30 minutes polishing the exterior with metal polish. I expected to own this grill for years and encounter minimal maintenance. Now I know that I will need to polish the grill nearly every time I use it. And I am now concerned that my renters will complain about the appearance and quality of my new grill. I am beyond disappointed. I shared my feedback with the hardware store where i bought it and he mentioned that Weber reduced the nickel component on the exterior and that leads to more rust spots. As a long time, repeat Weber customer, I can say this will be my last Weber Grill.

This is the best grill I've ever owned! Gets really hot really fast. Cooks everything to perfection! Meat comes out so juicy! Weber's customer service is top notch. They helped me register my grill for the extended warranty despite the fact that I couldn't find a serial number (bought a display model). Also, the grill was missing the top rack, and Weber sent me the replacement part free of charge. Weber's reputation is well earned! Can't recommend enough!

Initially I had a problem with the stainless steel grates. Food was sticking to the grates and they were tough to clean. I got advise from Joanna on the Weber team. I started slightly brushing oil on my chicken and steaks and nothing stuck, and over time, oil was no longer needed. As far as cleaning the grates, I now clean them as I preheat for the next grilling. I brush the grates side to side and finish them off going front to back. I couldn't get them any cleaner if I took them out and scrubbed them. This grill is awesome!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
