Great grill. Heats up quickly, very even cooking. Easy to cleanup. Plenty of cooking space for meat and veggies for dinner or 2 full racks of ribs. Warming shelf works well for toasting buns.

I bought my grill assembled and brought it home. After putting my grill in position at home I set it up to test and found that the ignighter, side burner, and one gas tube were not working. I took out the assembly instructions and went online to review set up and usage videos. I was able to remove the side burner which was installed backwards which stretched the gas line into a pinch which is why it didn't work. Gas tube did not have the ignition clip installed and was not positioned properly. I called Webber on July 2nd and was assured I would receive a new ignighter and all wiring immediately. Today July 31 I still do not have my ignighter. Please help!

Coming from an 18 year old Weber genesis. This one is defiantly nicer, but feel like the materials are not as good. One example is they dont give you a scale for the propane tank, you need to purchase this as an ad on. Instructions were OK, I know they have to cater to the masses and have no words, but for what I paid for this, give me some instructions in English please.

This gas grill is a lot of fun The ignition starts immediately one click and we're good to go Burns nice and hot and even use it daily. Has an ideal drain tray little compartment on the left hand side it didn't know what to do it at the first but it works out very well from mosquito spray etc. you shouldn't be dissatisfied .

Excellent heat control and distribution. The quality of construction is top notch. Our previous Weber grill lasted close to 20 years - this one should last just as long or longer.

Owned a Webber for the last 25 years, and it still performed well, replaced many parts over the years! Really needed something a little larger! My grown children and better half talked me into getting the new Genesis!! Could not be happier! Very versatile, love the flat top, performs beautifully! 46 years in F&B, my choice!

Weber never disappoints! Quality product, quality construction, and excellent cooking ability. This is the 3rd Weber product that I have owned and I have never had any issues. I am a Weber customer for life and will recommend them to whomever asks when they mention they are in the market for a new grill or smoker. Keep up the great work Weber.......I look forward to future products that are on the horizon.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
