The Genesis construction has definitely improved since we purchased our last one about 12 years ago. Absolutely loving this unit and how well made it is, as well as how thought out! Truly takes the grill to a new level! Only wish is that the knobs weren't plastic, but oh well, it makes up for it in other areas, and the option to purchase a full griddle insert is tremendous!

Recently upgraded my barbeque to a new Genesis S -335 . Very satisfied. Third Weber product I have owned , very good products . As you can see in the pictures it didn't take me long to put it to work.

Overall I am happy with the grill. Seems to be good quality, cooks evenly and consistently. I do like the ability to split the cook surface between grill and griddle. It replaced my 25 year old Grand Hall. So only time will tell of overall quality. The only disappointment is in the cover, really cheap for the cost.

Weber quality will always reign supreme! Couple small issues that were taken care of instantly by the great customer service I have always gotten with the brand. Will buy again, in 12 to 15 years , only because the last so long!!!

Third one that I have purchased. First one lasted 13+ years. Loved it so much I bought one for my father. When I moved out of state, I decided to leave the old one with the home I sold and get a new one for my new home. Great grill. Mine have all been natural gas - would never go back to lugging propane tanks around.

Great grill so far. My initial reaction is that the stainless grates are easy to clean and maintain and I get very high heat when I need it. I like everything about this grill in the month since I bought it. The rounded corners are a really smart design to keep the grill cover from tearing. I bought the Weber cover too and I am really pleased with that compared to the cheap ones I have had before.

I love my new grill. I only purchase weber. My grills last about 15 years with maintenance. I wish I would have purchased with the Bluetooth technology. The only disappointment is no scale for the propane tank.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
