Grill was easy to assemble as it was not available locally I had it delivered. Works as expected and is now my 3rd Weber grill since 1998. My 2 older ones are still being used! Love these products.

Had to retire my old Weber Summit Gold, 6 cooking burners 1 Smokebox, 1 vertical Rotisserie Burnerand side burner 20 years old. 335- hate the one piece grill, Weber fails to document the accessories in instructions. Takes forever to heat. Positive-I like the real outdoor casters!

Weber did a great job improving the design of the Genesis. I especially like the sear zone and and storage compartments. I am hoping the durability will match my 15+ year old genesis (that I still own). The one downside is that the side burner wing is a bit flimsy - I'm hesitant to put a full soup/chili pot on it.

Grill cooks well. Easy to clean. But, after only 6 weeks, starter no longer starts (clicks).

We love how the grill looks and cooks so evenly. This is our third Weber natural gas grill in 24 years and it sits on our deck year-round. I use it regardless of the weather and shovel a path to it in the winter to always keep it accessible. The Weber engineer that designed this grill with a cabinet beneath the grill that has no top on it to prevent rain or snow from getting directly into it should be fired!!!!!! The drip pan fills up and overflows with rain, leaves, and any debris that can easily fall into it because of this poor design. I have to empty the drip pan after every rain storm - how disappointing! The grill's cabinet catches all of the same debis. Maybe it was intentional so the grill rusts out faster or forces the customer to buy a grill cover? You should be ashamed of this cabinet with no closed top design!!!

This allows the heat to circulate inside the grill and the vaporized drippings to infuse your food with smoky flavor. Great grill. 4 stars only because the side burner will not light by pushing the button and runs way too hot, even on low. I have to use a stick lighter to get it going. Main chamber holds steady at about 350 with 2 burners on low which is about perfect for rotisserie cooking. It is large enough to cook 2 full chickens at once, that way, with my after market rotisserie. You have to remove the grates and put a drip pan under since the grease trap is quite small and is easily overwhelmed if mopping or just general grease dripping. The shelf that was in prior models would have come in handy to put a pan on if the tray gets full and overflows when cooking . Assembly is pretty straight forward and as a 63 year old man working by myself I didn't have any problems that I couldn't get past. As with other reviews, the propane gauge would have been nice but I do like the propane in the cabinet that allows for the side storage which is perfect for storing the grates when using the rotisserie or griddle. I am overall impressed with its capabilities.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
