I've had the grill for a while now and it checks all the boxes. We have made many different things and everything turns out great. Probably my favorite part is the heat control. You can turn the flame away down to around 350 degrees. Love it

Absolutely love my new Weber grill. I was contemplating spending so much for a Weber when I was seeing a lot of grills for 40 to 50% of the cost of the Weber. But, I finally decided I'd spend the $ for the Weber and I am soooo glad I did because there is no comparison to the quality of these grills. Weber is definitely in another league. Only a few other brands compare but they are just as expensive or more. If you want a grill to perform beyond your expectations then get a Weber. I couldn't be happier with the quality of my new Weber E-330s, I was worried I'd miss the side burner but really I doubt I would of ever used it now that I have been grilling again. I absolutely recommend Weber grills! Great quality, easy to assemble, and a wonderful addition to any backyard.

I purchased this grill a year ago and within months I was experinecing heavy rust on the stainless steel parts of the grilll. When I contacted Weber and filed warranty claim, I was told that the rust was normal and they provided a maintence program that required me to apply rust remover and ceramic sealing. I continue to have the rusting problem after I followed the reommendations and I believe the stainless steeel quality is low grade and doesnt resist rusting. I continued to have customer service address this problem and all I get is they undertand my grief, Lol. I do not recommend purchasing this model as Weber isnt willing to stand behind this material defect.

Very pleased with this grill. A big improvement over my last grill. Very large cooking surface. Cooks evenly with no flare ups. Couldn't be happier.

So far my new grill has worked great. The only thing I have noticed is, altho it's sturdy, my previous grill was a Weber (large with 6 burners) and it was alot more solid. I'd had it for 15 years and it's gone onto a new home and is still working fine I just needed something smaller.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
