So far so good. We've tried cooking all sorts of food. Pretty much even heating. There are a few areas that cooler than others. But overall good quality. We have bought the griddle for it, while it says preseasoned, you should season it. For us it took 3 coatings for it to be real smooth. We added a fourth for good measure, the did some smash burgers, all went smoothly. Cleanup was easy. The only downside, minor, is the size of the grease tray. Using water for cleanup along with cooking grease, the tray fills up fast. If you move your grill be aware it can splash around easily. We drain ours after almost every cook to be safe. Other than it like the best of both worlds.

I previously left a 1 star on the Genesis for the wrong grates being sent. They honored their mistake and made it right.

Love our new grill, we've grilled on it a couple of times a week for the last 2 months and I must say we really appreciate the quality build and ease of operation of the Genesis 330. Love the SearZone function for grilling steaks and we purchased the Weber Works sear grates also, the storage area under the grill is a great plus. Gives us a place to keep larger items such as the extra grates and such. We highly recommend the Weber Genesis series of grills.

One of the best grills I owned. This natural gas grill really makes all the difference. I am not a grill master by any means, but this makes it really easy and produces fantastic results. I also bought the griddle insert and we try to make all of our dinners on the grill now.

Great quality grill, very sturdy and heavy duty. My only complaint is the grease trap is to small. I like the versatility of it too, I plan on adding the griddle feature in the future.

I bought this new and the burners kept shutting off. I returned grill and exchanged it for exact same grill. The second grill had the same problem. I returned the second grill and will be purchasing a different Weber model.

This is my 4 Weber and have always had a great experience. I ordered this grill explicitly because of the 9mm stainless steel grates (as advertised). Delivers with porcelain grates and Weber customer service wasn't able to help…

Awesome grill w accessories to expand its use. The griddle and pizza stone work perfectly. Used the kettle for decades and went with a genesis unit. All Weber outdoor chef!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
