Absolutely the best grill I have ever had. I had another Weber before this one and it was still going strong after 21 years. This one is even better! I gave my old Weber to my son and he was thrilled. The one thing that stands out on my new Weber is how precise the temperature control is and the even distribution of heat. It is built like a tank and uses top quality materials. I believe that this is probably the last grill I will ever need. I highly recommend Weber grills for anyone looking for a lifetime grill. Good job Weber!!

Every thing works great. Bought it to replace an older Weber that still worked. The sear function on this one is outstanding.

This Weber grill is fantastic. We've cooked wings, a 4lb roaster, veggies and everything has turned out just great.

I am really enjoying this grill. The sear burner is awesome for doing steaks. I also have the crafted griddle and use it for cooking burgers and fajitas.

Ordered my E-330 natural gas grill directly from Weber. It arrived in a timely manner. As an aerospace engineer, I was very impressed with the intricate packaging. It is no small feat to efficiently package so many parts in a box that size. I personally assembled the grill and, for the most part, found the grill parts to be very well made. Overall, the grill pieces fit together well. Once assembled, I was mostly satisfied with the product. However, there is some room for improvement. One of my front wheels is quite sloppy in its mounting hole. It did require more force to seat in its mounting hole than the other three wheels. That leads me to believe that the retaining mechanism inside the leg may be dislodged or defective. With regard to the side shelves, one side on each shelf is ever so slightly loose. All the screws are tight and fully seated, but the shelves still have a detectable amount of up and down play on one side. The wire loom clip on the left front leg used to locate the ignition wires is of very poor grade. A higher quality clip is definitely in order. The manual match lighting tool/chain needs a better storage mechanism. It shouldn't be visible when not in use. It almost seems like an afterthought by Weber. As others have mentioned, I'm not happy with the porcelain enameled cast iron grates. This seems like an attempt to keep the price down by equipping the grill with a cheaper grate material. I knew the grill came with porcelain enameled cast iron grates, but it would be nice if there was an option for 9 mm stainless grates (not 7mm). Finally, PLEASE don't put stickers on the side shelves or the hood. The hood sticker will generally peel off without leaving an outline or residue. However, the side tray sticker will leave an outline and possibly some residue. Most individuals are not equipped to remove the outline without damage to the shelf finish.

First time owning a Weber, decent quality for the price. Unit heats evenly and at an acceptable pace, doesn't over heat and burst into flames like my old "disposable" grill. Will most likely purchase again down the road!

Great looking grill. A bit of a learning curve on how best to use the "Sear Zone." I feel that it heats up faster than the propane version it replaced. Lots of storage, too, thanks to removal of a tank.

This is my second Weber Grill, And the best one yet, Cooks evenly, Love the searing plank, and also comes with different attachments which I bought all of them, Have not tried the pizza stone yet, That's next, Ease of cleaning everything come appart easily, Only reason I did not give it a 5 star is becsuse not being able connect to the weber app, That's a Disappointment to me. I've tried everything to troubleshoot it and still noghing.
