Not sure what happened here Weber. I purchased this one about 3 weeks ago. After assembling noticed the bowl was not round when trying to place lid. This is my 4th Weber grill and the other 3 (summit kamado, performer deluxe, and genesis) have been great. Not sure why this one came out of round but either way disappointing. After returning it and trying to buy another as I thought this was just a damaged unit, the charcoal gray is no longer available.

First of all, what a great quality , from the smallest of components to the grill ceramic paint. Really well done Weber. Installation was a breeze and took us a total of 45 minutes. Very straightforward instructions. Many cool features for all kinds of grilling. Absolutely love it!

I love this Master Touch grill. The assembly was easy, except for the legs. The tolerance is so small that attaching them was difficult. It says not to use force or tools. I used a little soap on the legs and it help them slide in way easier. This is a nice pro version, I love the bigger size and all the grate options. This is definately a step up from the old school tiny grill. Everything is quality built and it holds together nice and tight.

I received the Weber Master-Touch Charcoal Grill 26" for free from Influenster and Weber in exchange for an honest review, and let me just say, it has exceeded all my expectations! From grilling chicken wings to cooking ribeye steaks. First of all, let's talk about how easy it was to put everything together. The instructions were clear, and I had the grill up and running in no time. Now onto the main event - the cooking experience. I decided to start with some chicken wings, and they come out delicious! The charcoal heat produced by this grill is exceptional, allowing for an even and consistent cooking process. My wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way I like them. Next up, I cooked up some ribeye steaks, and let me tell you, they were delicious The adjustable vents allowed me to control the heat precisely, resulting in beautifully seared steaks. The cleanup was a breeze thanks to the removable ash catcher Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the Weber Master-Touch Charcoal Grill 26". The ease of assembly, the exceptional cooking results, I highly recommend investing in this grill. You won't be disappointed!

The kettle itself is great, the air vent on the lid is cheap tin that spins like a top. Like the wings on the grill for wood chips, would not opt for the center cut outs. I only buy Weber.

This grill took me about 40 minutes to put together. Every piece in the box was heavy and durable. Grillware is thick and heavy. The whole grill itself is really big, perfect to make many different food choices. The cap itself has a built in thermometer, really useful! It also has slides that you can toggle to release smoke. Overall amazing quality and really amazing for the price! Worth your money! I can't wait to use it when the weather gets better.

I had a 14" than 22" loved my 22" did everything on it. I use gas grill during the week because of time and charcoal on the weekends so I bought the 26" as my Christmas present to myself man o man I can't even tell you how happy I am with it. I love it in winter. I can't wait for spring summer and fall barbecue on my friends smoke it till you broke it. I converted the 22" to a pizza 🍕 oven

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
