Its a great grill, it does it all

Everything on this new Kettle grill was great during assembly. But was disappointed when I set the top warming rack on the grill. The rack I thought was shipped wrong as it fits the 22" kettle. The rack is too small radius wise for the 26" model. I tried to get a rack that fits properly. I finally got a representative on the phone that admitted that Weber only makes one size. The size for the 22". Extremely dissapointing. You pay 40% more for a larger, taller kettle and they don't bother to supply the heat shelf rack that fits the larger kettle sucks. You don't know this until you spend the time to assemble the whole unit. Weber should supply a proper rack to fit the 26" offering instead of shrugging their shoulders and saying that's all we offer. That's not the way to operate a higher end product offering. I have purchased 4 Weber gas grills for family the past few years. I don't recommend this model only because of the puny rack that doesn't fit right.

Grill offers a lot of space for grilling. I just wish Weber offered this grill in a table configuration (like they do with their 22" models) to make grilling less burdensome.

I am so pleased with my Weber. I had a hand me down kettle back in the 90s and it was lost in a storm. I had forgotten how good these kettles are and the new features aren't gimmicky…they're actually well engineered and useful. My only dilemma is trying to decide if I want to do burgers on my Kettle or my Weber Slate. lol.

I have a lot of kids and grandkids that love when pop barbecues. I had the smaller 22" which I loved but I couldn't keep up with the demand of all the hungry monsters! The grill rocks! Weber please consider an add on table or a performer set up.

Really pleased with the 26". So much room, easy to clean Easy to add coals when you need them. Offset smoked a whole brisket, a big one, a couple weeks ago. Big enough 2 big slabs of ribs can offset smoke easily. Adds a whole new dimension to cooking with a Weber.

Owned a few 22" kettles, love to cook on it. Discovered the snake method of cooking and have enjoyed several great cuts of meat. Cooking on the 22" was always a little tight. Had a brisket seasoned the night before, my boys showed up with a 26" , man this thing just rolls along like a dream. Makes me look like a pro, loving it

The lid/cover is extremely heavy. I couldn't tell before purchasing. The model was in the air unable to be touched.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
