This is my second 26" Weber kettle. I was looking forward to experiencing the little changes and upgrades that Weber may have made since I bought my last one 3+ years ago. The grill is as great as ever, there's just something about the sheer size and magnitude of the 26 that makes it pleasing to use. I grill several times a week for my family and love to serve friends often. I must say, I don't understand the appeal of the new grate design. The center inserts take up a large percentage of the grate, and leave only small side flaps to lift up to add charcoal during a cook. Also, I can no longer hang my grill grate from the side of the grill because the center inserts would just fall out and make a big mess. I will probably replace the grate with an old school standard grate, then it will be as it should.

I have been looking for a replacement for 20 year old Uni Flame 26" grill and finally landed on the Master Touch 26". The grille has a lot of nice features my Uni Flame did not, including the temp gauge and elevated cooking rack. But, it also has some down sides. The weber bowl is very deep to aid in the ash collection however the lid is then too shallow to cook an upright beer can chicken. The top Vent is too loose and doesn't hold the setting/ position and the elevated rack clearly wasn't specific to the 26 as the curve is way too tight for the bowl. I'm sure it's a carry over from the 18 or 22. Overall a decent grill but not quite worth the hype.

Shuts down we'll, thus saves on next burn. Do think that for grill cost a cover should be included with purchase of grill. This grill holds a lot of food, great for get togethers.

Well-made, an upgrade worth every penny. The SS grate is a good piece of metal. The enamel is applied and baked perfectly. There's no better grill in the world.

Only Weber grills for me, fantastic build quality that stands up to the elements. Love the customer service for any questions. I will never buy another brand. I have the 26", 22", and the Weber smoky mountain. Love this company

I have had 5 Weber Grills over the years from Kettle to Genesis. I wanted to support again as liked grills. Ordered a custom master touch kettle. Arrived with less than 1/2 the parts. Very disappointing and trying to get parts is like pulling teeth. Website says free returns—I was promised I could return through customer service but keep wanting to send me parts. Grill is supposed to be blue but mine is purple. Please just refund me and let me send back. Customer service is leaving alot to be desired.

I upgraded from the 22" grill. Love the new grill size and ease of use. It cooks evenly , my problem is learning how to control heat better. The cons - legs feel very flimsy. Maybe if I didn't have three dogs I could just leave it in one spot and not worry. The warming rack appears to be for the 22" grill as it seems to small for this bigger grill. I still love it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
