This is a great accessory to cook everything else besides pizza in the Ooni Pro! I've been cooking with fire for over 2 years with the ooni pro and a large 400 Sq in wood oven. The ooni cast iron accessories are my favorite and preferred to use in both ovens because they are easily manipulated and the handle is out the way to keep things compact and safe (no 500* handle to touch!) Because this grizzler is large, I wish that in future revisions/improvements, it would include additional holes on the sides so it would be easy to turn for more even cooking! See attached pic! Salmon cooking is very delicate. I like to have the cast iron ripping hot and leave the fish on skin size down for a crispy finish. That said, I do not lift/turn the salmon-- I just turn the grizzler around to rotate to/away from the fire for even cooking. With food on the grizzled, it makes it heavier to turn while inside the oven.

It is actually our second one. We can fit them side by side at the same time or rotate them individually. Such a terrific design.

Great pan. I use it for fish, meat and peppers. One star off because the handle holes are only on one side; I would like to be able to pull it out and rotate it.

Love it . I have been using the grizzler with my Ooni Koda 16 for a few months now. Great for steaks, fish, chicken wings, vegetables, etc. Easy to clean . I like 2 removable handles .

A must buy, if you thought your Ooni was just a pizza oven.. think again. With this dual-cast iron pan ( grill & flat griddle ) can easily cook for 2! The high heat makes for the best steak you'll ever have in just 4 minutes ( medium rare 1 1/2 inch ) Fish oh boy.. simply cut your fish steaks into 2" pieces and cook for 4 minutes wow! Writing this makes my mouth water!! A 5 star for sure, it even comes with a cutting board. Hope this review makes for an easy choice of the best utensil that Ooni has to offer!

The pan is a good size and the wooden trivet helpful to protect surfaces from the hot pan. The major flaw is the handle. If not held absolutely perfect, the pan falls off. Considering the weight if the pan and the temperature of it coming out of the oven, the handle has huge safety issues.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
