Nothing but issues.After two years and replacing just about everything on it including the lid I put this out to the curb for the scrap guys. What a Joke! So Disappointed in My ResearchDo NOT buy this! I so wanted to love this grill. It's size and styling are great and WHEN it works it's fantastic. I put so very much research into finding a good quality, dependable grill but I failed myself. Bought this about 1 year ago and 2 months in, igniter went out...wait for part and install myself. Now the thermal sensor goes out and I didn't have a grill for the 4th of July. After the UNREACHABLE customer support gets back with me via email (trying to call is a JOKE), they tell me the order for replacement part was put in. 2 weeks later I email them for an update and their now telling me that the part is backordered until NEXT MONTH (AUGUST)...It's JULY 8TH they tell me this. Unreliable Grill and a Joke for parts and support availability. You've been warned! Even my local dealer said "Yeah, they have been a mess lately". I've tried to like this grillThanksgiving has been ruined and that's the final straw. I've had nothing but trouble with this grill, multiple parts replaced multiple times.
