The Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 blends quality and performance into one package and features edgy styling with luxurious matte black finishes. This freestanding propane grill has four stainless steel tube burners that provide up to 48,000 BTUs of cooking power. The grill has cast stainless steel cooking grates with 500 square inches of main cooking area and 240 square inches across the stainless steel multifunctional warming rack for a total of 740 square inches of cooking area. The Napoleon Jetfire ignition with crossover lighting starts each burner individually for a reliable start up every time and allows you to light all the burners at the same time. The cast stainless steel wave cooking grids create the trademark Napoleon sear lines and allow for better heat retention. The dual level, stainless steel, sear plates vaporize drippings, control flare ups and keep your food moist. The multifunctional warming rack is designed with special cutouts for grilling wings and appetizers. This Phantom Prestige 500 also has a 18,000 BTU rear infrared burner and rotisserie kit for roasting and a 14,000 BTU infrared side burner for searing meats. The hood features an Accu-Probe temperature gauge, cast aluminum end caps and retains heat for oven-like performance. The SafetyGlow control knobs turn from blue to red when a burner is in use. Clean up is a cinch with the full width removable drip pan. The grill cart is made of durable, rust and corrosion resistant black steel, features folding shelves with integrated utensil holders, double doors for storage and easy roll locking casters for moving the grill around. This Napoleon grill is manufactured in Canada.

Napoleon Prestige and Prestige Pro grills feature a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on major components including the hood, stainless steel lid, porcelain enamel lid, aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids, and stainless steel tube burners. The stainless steel sear plates, cast stainless steel grids, stainless steel infrared rotisserie, infrared bottom/side burner, and all other parts are warrantied for fifteen (15) years. Labor not included.

This is the highest quality grill I have ever owned. The design is what I call elegant. The product use features were designed for the end user and the folks at Napoleon thought about YEARS-AND-YEARS of enjoyment. Price is more than worth it. Buy this grill TODAY!

I've had the grill a month, using it 3-4 times a week and have no regrets with the purchase. My previous grill was a high end 15 year old grill which had over $200 in repairs, before finally being trashed due to severe cabinet rot. This grill is very impressive. The temperature that this grill can put out is fantastic. But more importantly, I have found it to be a very even temperature across the entire cooking surface. The infrared side burner has been used on a number of cuts of meat and I have learned that I need to grill with it on a reduced temp due to its BTU output. I also like that I have a total usable shelf in the inside cabinet.(if you order the natural gas model). That I will not spend another dollar for the next 15 years blows my mind.

It looks and cooks so good!!! Very high, even heat. I live on a saltwater canal on a barrier island in Texas, have had this grill for a couple of years, no problem. The sear burner has to be experienced to believe it. The illuminated knobs have saved me multiple times when I forgot to turn the grill off. I have 5 grills, this is my first Napoleon. My only negative is I wish there was a tank scale hanging hook, I ran out of propane last night. Also I just ordered a replacement thermometer, not a big deal in such high humidity, I have yet to have an outdoor grill where the thermometer lasted more than a couple of years.

Having been a long-time user of another brand (starts with W), I know the difference between a quality grill and the cheaper brands. This is my first ever Napoleon, and I am seriously impressed. This Prestige 500 Phantom not only has a full set of features, but the build quality is outstanding. If you're reading this review, Im sure you already know all the upgrades that come with the Phanotom so I wont list them here, but theyre very much worth the extra cost. This grill holds a consistent, accurate temperature, and cooks beautifully. If I had to pick one thing to be critical of, it would be that the assembly instructions weren't as clear as they could have been. Not terrible, but could have been better. Other than that, I am super happy with this grill.

Best grill I have ever owed. Whether cooking on the grill top or using the rotisserie basket, food is always perfect. Easy cleaning and maintenance. Quality in ever aspect of the product. Extremely pleased.

I am a dealer for the Napoleon Grill Line. The Phantom Prestige 500 RSIB is by far the best looking grill on the market and has amazing functionality to match! The price points on this grill is amazing for the features you get!

HI Susan. Napoleon introduced the Phantom series grills several years ago, and we've not had any issues reported. Napoleon suggests cleaning the exterior finish using mild, all-purpose cleaners.
Asked by Susan | Answered by SusanHi CTDan. The right shelf of the Napoleon Phantom Prestige can be folded down. However, if you choose, it doesn't have to be installed at all. With the side burner in the left shelf, it must be installed, and cannot be folded.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
