Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

We purchased our fan in January but just got it installed today. So far we think it's going to be perfect when the summer heat arrives.

Minka always makes great fans! This one I used in my personal house. Easy install, good quality. Pro tip, make sure if you are installing several Minka fans at the same time, you follow the directions about pairing the fans and the remotes.

I have this fan in my 20 ft ceiling living room (utilizing 72" downrod) - it is fabulous. This fan does a terrific job moving the air (initially I was hesitant as the blade pitch seemed less-than ideal -- however, that is not an issue). It has lots of speed options as well. I highly recommend this Minka product.

We are very pleased with this fan. It is great at high speeds and very quiet. The remote is comfortable with big numbers and easy to use - without reading glasses!

This fan is beautiful and really finishes our screened porch area! I'm so pleased it has worked out so well. We had an electrician install for us and he also had high praise for the quality of this fan and the ease of installation (the same can't be said for other fixtures he's installed for me!). Highly recommend this product for look and functionality.

This MinkaAire Extreme is a fantastic fan: attractive, quiet and versatile speeds. We bought one for a home we later sold, and bought another one for our new home. The brushed nickel one is very modern looking. I highly recommend it for any large living area with 10'+ ceilings.

This is an excellent fan for a covered outdoor patio/lanai. It really moves the air. We love the fact that it has 6 fan settings. Very easy to assemble and install.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
