Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

This fan is exactly what we were looking for - right size for our screened-in porch, and right color. So far so good - I think we will enjoy this for a long time. Although we hired an electrician to install as there was no existing electric box, it did not look too hard to install.

I needed an outdoor-rated fan for a small porch. This fan was just what I needed. It installed fairly easily. Although the instructions were a bit unclear, I figured it out, having installed a few fans in the past. The fan is very quiet and well balanced.

Hung on outside deck with a small rain cover as additional protection. An easy installation although it was an after thought to buy the remote "RC223".

It's a well balanced and quiet fan. It loses one star only because of the cheap monochromatic brown plastic fin blades. Other comparable models at least use a simulated dark oak texture and appearance. Disappointing, but still a well made fan.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
