Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

We have had two of these fans installed on our outdoor lanai for over a year now and we love them. Excellent air movement and having two makes our lanai so much more usable. Quiet and no wobble! Get the remote control - its worth the few extra dollars.

This fan is a great match to the antique bronze fixtures I already have hanging on my porch. It is very quiet and does a great job of moving the air around (although we haven't had a hot summer day to try it out yet!). Great purchase - great price, and the low price guarantee was a real plus! Customer service was wonderful!

We just repainted the exterior and needed a new fan. Shopped around and online and for the cost we got a great value. My only comment would be to offer the blades in a different finish the high gloss is not as refined as a wood grain style blades.

Very nice for our 10X15 porch. Traditional style & quiet. The only reason for 4 stars is that the lowest speed is still faster than our other Minka fans. We like all the fans on low most of the time but that's certainly not the case for everyone.

The fan is wonderful, but the accompanying wall switch is extremely cheap and clunky, to say nothing of the fact that the controls are upside down: instead of going from off to 1 to 2 to 3, it goes in the opposite direction which is a bit of a pain. It sounds insignificant, but it's really not. They should also offer a remote so that you can adjust the fan while in bed in the middle of the night if it gets too cold or too hot…

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
