Kamado Joe® warrants that key metal and cast iron parts used in this Kamado Joe® grill and smoker are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
Kamado Joe® warrants that any miscellaneous components used in this Kamado Joe® grill and smoker (including, but not limited to the thermometer, gaskets, and iKamand controllers) or any Kamado Joe accessories are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years.

Used the grill a couple of times but had a problem with the dome not seating properly. Contacted customer support and with their help made adjustments. Found the spring hinge and bands were causing the problem and Kamado joe sent me replacement parts with no charge to me. Installed the parts and the dome seals as it should Like the thank the support people for their quick response to my problem. A definite thumbs up

I own many different smokers and grills. After 6 months of smoking and grilling on my KJ Classic 3 I have one regret, that I didn't buy it sooner! After learning the start up process I love the ease of cooking wings, ribs, steaks, and pork butt. I have only done two briskets and they both came out great compared to my pellet smoker. I have added several accessories to add to the versatile of this amazing cooker. Don't wait, just order it already.

Great grill, just as good as the normal size, but allows me to do more ribs at once. The issue with the 18" one is that it's just ever so slightly short for feeding my whole family when they come over. This has made it possible and it's just great!

I bought this Big Joe III about two years ago and I'm still incredibly happy with it. I bought this size and I'm so glad I did! It has plenty of room for all kinds of different meats. Once I figured out the best way to get it fired up, (which wasn't that hard), I can "lock" the temperature right where I want it. Everything I've cooked on this Kamado Joe has turned out fantastic. Whether it gets grilled or smoked, it turns out great. Excellent quality and I'm positive it will be around for years to come.

I have a regular and Big Joe models. I own a pellet grill and two other grills that cannot match the quality and taste of grilling in a Kamoda Joe. I smoke 18 pound brisket in mine with superb results. I love my Big Joe

I bought this around 4-5 years ago and it has been a great grill, made of quality parts. I live alone and I purchased the biggest model. If you buy a small one then at some point you'll want a bigger one. I also bought the two best attachments the DoJoe and the Joetisserie.

I bought this pit for a family of 3. Best decision ever. It is big enough to entertain bigger sizes, but flexible enough to cook for a small group. From smoking (make sure you put plenty of fuel) to searing this pit does it all. So flexible with all accessories. Don't worry about size, it is not too big!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
