Does the door stay shut by a magnetic strip? Also, since this unit is not waterproof, are there drain holes in the bottom of the unit and/or inside of each drawer?

Hi. There are "weep" holes in the corners of the drawers to allow any water/moisture to drain. The door is held closed by a magnet on the inside of the frame.

Is it possible to get drawing or assembly instructions? Is the inclosure housing the drawers part of the front frame? What supports the inclosure at the rear?

The BBQ Guys pawn these questions off to previous customers such as I. As a customer I do not have any prints. When I built my grill frame for the drawers and cook tops I used angle aluminum to support the components. Their web site has accurate dimensions for you to use to design your frame.

It comes completely assembled. Yes it is all one piece. The second picture on their website shows you what it looks like. The specs are also listed on that page. You merely slide the whole assembly in the opening and it sits on the bottom of the enclosure, basically self supporting.

Hi, The specs are in a pdf on the shopping page for the item. There is no need to support it in the back. It is held in place with screws that go in the sides in front. Easy to install. Set it in place, screw it in and youre done. Bob Bolin

Hi Stuart, thanks for asking. We recommend referring to a licensed professional as they will know what counter top is best used for the style and design of the outdoor kitchen you are wanting made. As for the frame, this unit comes with steel, enclosed walls so all you'll need to do is slide it in to the cutout.

Hi Paul! There is not a trash insert for this unit. The trash unit is taller than the other units so it cannot be retrofitted.

Another Q and A mentions that this item can not be placed below a grill if using propane. If I'm planning to plumb a 32" Blaze 4 burner grill to natural gas, will this item work if placed below the grill? I'm having trouble picturing why this wouldn't work.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
