Had pretty low expectations for the griddle because I normally cook on a large Blackstone. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I could on this griddle and how well it seasoned. I love it!

Great griddle! Solid! Heats up quickly and cooks like nothing else. Easy cleanup. After curing and a few cooks nothing sticks to it. Great addition to the Weber Grill!

This full size griddle makes it a breeze to cook a large amount of food all at once. Very even heat across the entire surface.

I have only cooked on it three times but have been pleased with my cooks. I think your request for a review is a little premature and that you need to give someone a little more time to use and evaluate. What i have observed so far is that the heat is consistent across the cooking surface and pretty much follows the dial settings. I would suggest in the future maybe a cleanout cut on the opposite end as one may not use the whole surface and because of the varying drip pan locations depending on model. I think that this is a great offering and you should have done it sooner. Now all my cooking needs are on one piece of equipment thats the best part of the new griddle a more versitle grill.

I bought this a few weeks ago and cant' believe how much I use it. Easy cleanup, even temperature, looks and works great. It is a little pricey but well worth it.

Bought this for my hubby - he's our grill master. I can't say I've cooked on it (whoohoo!), I'm the sous chef so I do prep. My gosh, he's cooked some amazing meals - full breakfast (hash browns, eggs, sausage), Philly steak & cheese, Smash burgers and hibachi chicken, veggies & fried rice. Easy clean up, too. There's a gazillion blackstone recipies out there - we plan to make them all on our Weber!

I bought this a little after it came out and I rated this 4 stars I didn't rate it 5 stars because the grease system should have been thought out a little better. I have a 36 inch blackstone and the steel on it doesn't come close to weber's quality steel. I have a low spot in the middle of the blackstone from warpage from high heat, and the steel has angle iron welded to the back of their cooktop for strength and it still can't compare to weber's cooktop. Weber's griddle tops are the best because they handle high heat with absolutely no warpage.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
