Absolutely love it! The wife was up my "you know what" about getting a griddle and I told her I didn't want another propane powered cooking device on my deck (we have limited space at the boathouse); and I didnt want the maintenance as well. This insert fits like a glove! Edge to edge-front back and sides! Great addition! Had 15 people in for the weekend and all who cooked on it loved it!

Love that it is all in one. Griddle fits in gas grill. No need for two different things on the deck taking space.

The griddle has been a nice change for us over the grates. I purchased several things at the exact same time, as a "package" (like the cover for this griddle). It's interesting that each item was shipped separately by the same warehouse and all items arrived at a different time. Being in ecommerce myself, we try hard to ship items together to save the company shipping costs... weird. I'll update this as we continue to use the griddle over the next few hot summer months if anything else changes. We like not having burnt food (which the grates would cause dried up burgers or whatever). The griddle does a lot better!

Seasoned 2 or 3 times front to back. Cooked on it 3 times in about 3 weeks and so far no rust. did a huge breakfast this morning starting with bacon and then hash browns and eggs. gotta learn how to zone cook a little better on it. Only issue so far is that the griddle is not balanced to drain to the rear. I will either have to level it off some way, or possibly use it to my advantage. Grease rolls to the front left corner requiring some maintenance after a cook.

Does NOT fit older genesis 3 grills. This griddle falls right through and does not lay flat over the burners. I have to use it on top of the grates. Which reduces the heat, and takes longer to cook and does not work as well. It never was mentioned that it's only for new genesis models.

I purchased the griddle to use on my Searwood XL 600. It's a perfect fit and am pleased with my purchase. In the first week of owning the griddle I've cooked chicken and french toast. Looking forward to more cooks!

Great conversion for my Genesis. It has given our grill new purpose and more use now. The griddle itself is heavy, heats evenly and stays in place. I do wish it would take up the entire open space of the grill to provide more cooking space. Also think it would be better without the vents at the front. All included we have no regrets.

Brings a whole new experience for using the grill. The griddle insert is much more effective than using the grill grates. You are able to get a whole surface sear that makes your proteins much more appealing. Cooking fish is a pleasure on the griddle. Given that my short order cooking skills are limited still trying to get hang of cooking multiple items at the same time. However, not anything I have cooked has stuck to the griddle. You do have to be disciplined to clean after each use, but much easier than having to cleanup when using my in house cook top. Great option and well made, and fit like a glove!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
