As soon as I saw the griddle was available, I jumped on it. It fits perfectly and adds a new dimension to my grilling / cooking. Fish is easier, grilled onions and peppers, squash etc. sizzling fajitas and toasted tortillas. I am also glad I purchased the full size as it provides room to do several things at once.

This is an outstanding piece of carbon steel! I've cooked steaks, seafood, chicken, chops, eggs, pancakes and smash burgers (Oklahoma style!)..virtually everything and the results are restaurant quality! Unbelievably good flavor. Weber, you never disappoint!

Very pleased with the griddle top. I was hesitant to buy a Blackstone due to 1. room on my deck for another piece of equipment and 2. my Webber grill is hooked up to natural gas. This griddle top allows me to have only one piece of equipment and I don't have to run any additional gas lines. I have cooked on the griddle over 10 times at this point and love it. I have cooked fajitas, stir fry, smash burgers and breakfasts. The only thing that I would be careful with is cooking a flare up item like bacon with it's grease. I was cooking a whole pack when I noticed the grease flaming up due to the dripping in the grill area. While is designed to do just that, it was a little alarming at first. I have only had this issue when cooking bacon. Blackstone grease does not go near the flame and it's the only win in their column. I like the size, weight, and clean up of the griddle top. I would recommend.

Took delivery of this about 3 weeks ago after it sat in my shopping cart for months in end. I've since cooked eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, smash burger sliders and dogs. Not cheap, worth every penny. Weighs like 20lbs and built like a fortress. I seasoned 4 times before first use and I can already tell this thing will outlive me….so on-brand for Weber!

I bought this for my husband this June (2023) for his birthday. He absolutely loves it!! And so do I! We use the griddle for breakfast almost every morning (eggs mostly, but hash browns, bacon, and sausage too). Everything comes out great! It's great for pork chops and veggies of all kinds. Pancakes come out PERFECTLY! We use the griddle more than the grill racks now. Buy it; you will not regret it. Worth every penny. Just be sure to read up on how to season it properly to insure years and years of performance and the best flavor.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
