Love the kitchen island set purchased, but there is minor damage on my side burner cabinet base and back panel.

This is a great product and I would buy it again instantly. There are a few minor issues that kept me from giving it 5 stars. I was looking for a powerful unit and this certainly is, but it would be nice to be able to turn it down to simmer items. The low is still pretty robust. Secondly and I found out the hard way, since it burns aggressively, it is easy to have what ever is in your pot boil over. When that happens, cleaning the unit is very difficult and tedious. There is no drip pan as such, unfortunately.

I own whole medalion collection.This one required so much clearance on the back to open the lid, that cannot be connected to rest of the units.

According to the manual you must use grill at least 3 feet (90 cm) from any wall or surface. This allows the clearance needed.

I bought the piece about 3 weeks ago like the piece was a bit disappointed that it take came with a huge dent on the side from the shipping. Other wise I really like it

I had a much older Char-Broil stove top before purchasing this model. I actually had 2 of them but that model is no longer available nor are parts for them. So far I like the 2 burner feature. Heats quickly and efficiently. There are 2 features that I miss the most on my older units. The first feature is this one requires a electrical hook up for starting the burners. The older model has a manual turn spark igniter. So unless I run an electrical outlet to the unit I will have to use a lighter to start the burners. The second feature I miss is the older unit had handles on each side to make moving the stove top easier. I do a lot of outdoor frying and steam pots and so far this unit is working out very well.

I have been very happy with this cooking burner. I was quite disappointed in the fact that the lid required so much room at the back to open that I couldn't open it with out pulling it away from the rock wall that is the back of my kitchen. That also means that I can not connect it to my other medallion appliances.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
