Charbroil Medallion Series Modular Outdoor Kitchen Amplifire 5-Burner Propane Gas Grill - 463246118

Bought it 4 years ago, one year into it and it's rusted. Between the rusted (Stainless steel), handles looking 30 years old and trying to keep black looking decent. I wish I had just gotten a custom outdoor kitchen. It's not stainless steel, it's rust and peels!

Your products are amazing. I can see how much time you guys spend on perfecting your products and your design, manufacturing and quality is second to none. I see how much pride your company takes on building and selling excellent products. However, it is surprising to me how little you invest on order fulfilment, tracking and service. As far as logistics, billing and support, you really let yourself down. It is truly a shame that you invest so much on building a quality product and so little on sales support, technology and service. It's been almost 45 days since I order 9 products and we're still having issues on billing, product status and delivery. It is practically impossible to get consistent information, product ETA and billing details. I have called no less than 10 times to follow up and I have spent no less than 12 hours waiting on the phone for information that to this day has not been provided. Overall I would give you a 10 on product quality and 1 on support. I hope my issues get resolved soon or I would be forced to return the products I have received so far.

Used grill for the first time on 4th of July was extremely pleased with the ease and how well it cooked. We entertained approximately 50 people and the cooking was a breeze

I bought this new Charbroil Outdoor TRU-Infrared 5 Burner Gas Grill to replace a Char Broil 4 burner gas grill that I had for over 10 years, even though the old one still looked great and was in great working condition. I bought this grill because I wanted the most updated Technology in grills, especially to do a quick sear on steaks and evenly cook meats and vegetables. The premium stainless steel is very easy to clean, and the igniter starts the grill immediately every time. My family and friends rave at how well I cook food on this grill. But the real secret is that the way this grill cooks, it makes the food juicier and more flavorful than any other grill I have ever used. This grill's TRU-Infrared technology heats it up quickly, evenly distributes heat across the grates, and there are no hot spots or flare ups. I love the integrated halogen and LED lights that illuminate the key grill features and allow me to cook anytime, day or night, and see the control knobs and cooking area clearly. I expect to enjoy using this grill effortlessly for many years to come.

I upgraded to this modular system because it was a TRU-Infrared by Char-Broil. A BBQ Island is only a BBQ, but if it's a TRU-Infrared it is now an Outdoor Kitchen. I BBQ probably at least 4 times a week. I only wish they come out with a kegerator to match the modular series.

Had it about a week now. Cooks well, I have it converted to natural gas. It does need a power source to use. But well worth it. Only issue was connecting the power to the matching fridge. It was a bear to get the cord thru the side. I cut the plug off and replaced it. Over all I love this setup.

I bought this 5 burner grill as the first piece the Char Broil Modular Kitchen set. This is hands down the best grill. I'm new to Infared grilling. We had our grill for a week and we have already had trip tip; burgers and brats and tonight rib eye and filet. Never have I pulled meat off any grill as juicey as off this grill.
